Chapter 49: Merging and the tournament.

"First of all, it's our company, not mine. Secondly, I did think about that. But we soon are going to merge so that shouldn't be a problem. Besides the agreement is made last week. Regardless we don't give them a chance for the agreement cancelation. All deeds are fulfilled we just need time to merge. Third, it's just 45% of the holdings, the reporters got it wrong." Dad explained.

"Oh thought so. So, when will the companies merge?. Should be soon." I asked.

"Nah, it's taking time. They wanted to study the company's performance. So, the merge will take place after 3 years." 

"3 years?. That's too long." 

"I know. But there's nothing serious about it. Every company needs time if they want to merge with others." Dad said as if it's nothing.

"Yeah but none holds 50% of the other company before it merges," I added.
