Chapter 97: Let’s Play

The cadaverous figure pointed its bow directly in Pietro's direction. Pietro looked at him in panic. 

Never in all his years as a hunter had, he faced a Guardian of the Moon, and right then, there was one in front of him.

Malcom and Ezequiel also saw it.

Just as they did, Malcom's heart was shooting at the possibility of worse that could happen. 

Nobody moved. All the time seemed paralyzed in the presence of this figure. 

However, when Pietro, who was also in a panic, despite holding his breath, could not help but let a little airflow.

At that moment, the Guardian shot the arrow. The arrow traveled at full speed in the direction of Pietro, who, raising a wall, saw how it disintegrated on contact with the arrow. 

His eyes flew to the position where the Moon Guardian was, but the Guardian was already not there.

It was the sound that caught Pietro's attention as the Guardian's feet landed on the wall right next to him.
