Chapter 416: Reality Or Illusion

Lin Qianru tried to send Mo Roulan back when she saw her coming to the kitchen. However, Mo Roulan refused to leave when she saw that her mother seemed to add more dishes to tonight's dinner. 

She sighed in distress. Chi Rong was after all her employer and it was his first time visiting their apartment. Keeping in mind, his generous attitude as a boss towards her mother, they ouldn't really treat him with a simple meal.

But what she was worried about was how her mother will cook all of this alone.

So, Mo Roulan took an apron and tied it on herself. 

Lin Qianru again tried to stop her daughter. She knew very well that Mo Roulan must be tired after working in the office but Mo Roulan didn't listen to her mother at all and insisted in helping her.

Helpless, Lin Qianru could only try to finish the work as soon as possible so that her daughter would be able to rest as soon as possible.
