This was what Aon said to the team when they were discussing their refinement progress back in Adjabiya, Libya. They had just helped the rebels retake the city at the time and were planning the long offensive campaign which eventually led them to Misrata.

Abdul-Lateef followed Aon's advice that night and went back to his first refinement. After completing a round of the meridian refinement, he noticed that, unlike when he first completed the refinement, his Rune-forming major meridians didn't use up all the ambient energy accompanying his Will.

His Will felt the remaining energy disperse into the host organ.
