Chapter 2: Volume 1 Chapter 2 " The Breath of Death"
When I jumped out of the house, I immediately felt something was wrong, the sunny day was replaced by a heavy, leaden sky, the whole atmosphere was quite gloomy and oppressive.
Fortunately, I managed to reach the collection point before the rain started.
- Show your passport (demanded a pretty old woman who has been working here for half a century)
- Here you are ( I gave her my passport and waited impatiently for all this paperwork to finally end and I could get on the bus)
"Mortis Messorim, I presume?"
(the old lady asked)
- Yeah.
- Age 16, name Mortis( and something else mumbled, but I didn't hear it)
- Your passport young man, go to the bus number 14.
- Thank you
(He leaves the collection point, goes to the bus)
Meanwhile, the sky became even darker and a fine rain began to drip.
"This way, this way," a familiar voice called
"Is that you, Takumi?"
(The boys shook hands)
- Let's throw the bag in the luggage, and I'll get us a seat(Takumi entered the bus)
I handed my luggage to the driver and got on the bus as well.
I noted to myself that despite the fact that there was still half an hour left for sending, there were a lot of people.
(Gradually, the bus filled up and we left the collection point, as did the 13 buses that were also heading for the tour. Meanwhile the rain began to fall harder)
Takumi took out his headphones and offered one to me.
"Here you go, there's nothing to do while we're on the road."
(I had to remind you that I don't listen to music from the word at all)
- No thanks, but you know I don't like music.
- Oh, yes, exactly, (he drawled, taking the headphones back from me)
I turned to the window, and with the sound of the rain, I fell into a serene sleep.
