Chapter 379: Derek's Interest

Danny and Derek waited for good five minutes until the figures of Joey and Stephen vanished from their sight. Some of the peddlers gave them a weird glance before they walked their way.

"It had been so long since we step foot in this area," Danny suddenly commented. His eyes darted to the distant signage of the Seventh District University. "I could not remember when was the last time we came here."

Unbeknownst to Joey and Stephen, this place was actually the only location in district 7 that they had been avoiding. No matter how it would be, they really vowed not to get near the school.

Derek only nodded and walked back to the motorbike. He took a deep breath before riding on its seat. "We are already too late to think of our past in this place. Come on. I have to return this motor. There is no need for us to stay here."
