A one-man slumber party

Holy shit...

You knew things were bad when a profanity was one's opening remarks... and it was. After bathing with a happy heart, my day went like usual. For once, I acted as a good grand duchess of Esmond after thinning out the mountain of paperwork I had to do. 

Luis and I shared a cup of tea in the afternoon, talking about anything random. My husband shouldn't make it obvious how he was eating and drinking things that were rich in iron. But I didn't dwell on that, knowing his intention was sincere and pure. 

He was so precious. 

Everything just seemed so perfect. Tani recovered, although she wasn't still allowed to do the heavy tasks. Thanks to my dearest nanny, Mel, she was strictly taking care of Tani until her full recovery. 

Gavriel, or Darius, as what they called him now, seemed to be loyal to my husband. I was right. He was better off without me in his life.
