All through the night, I stayed awake, my fear didn't let me close my eyes for a second too long. If I did that, then the splitting image of West unconscious would tear me to pieces. Even when I was able to pull off closing my eyes, I'd have nightmares.

"You can cry you know? It's bad to keep it all in like that." Makela said in a tender voice, giving up caring vibes.

I didn't know how to respond to that, so I just hugged my knees, my back rested against the walls.

"West will wake up soon, he'll get through this." Makela said from where she sat, looking around my bedroom.

I just hoped that she was right, if not then this would be such an unfortunate and unforgettable date night.

All I could do was keep my fingers crossed and wait till the morning, when I would get all of my answers.
