Chapter 81: THE 16TH ACCOUNT: THE END OF MY ADVENTURE? 3

It was about a month that I was a prisoner of the National, the naval ship that Prince Eric was heading. My mind never stopped on devising escape plans but I dare not put them into action because they are not a hundred percent foolproof. Besides, I could not erase Eric's threats in my mind. For the record, Eric did keep his hands off. As a matter of fact, he really acted as gentlemanly as he could. As long as I behaved, he kept his distance. AND 'BEHAVE' I DID WELL! I complied when he said he wanted to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner together. I participated in a casual conversation whenever he tried making one.

But, everything I do is a veneer of compliance. I still plan to escape. I just needed to escape when we got on land. It would be easier that way. I already requested for my lady in waiting from Francua to come to me. Then, I would put my plan into action. I will use her to send a letter to Father.
