Chapter 169: Next

Mike needed to figure out what he was going to do next. He felt better after the bath, but his body was still in bad shape from his injuries. Most of which had opened back up from the warm water. 

They weren't hurting that badly but he could still feel them each and every time he moved his body. It made cleaning himself up rather difficult. He hated to admit that Walter was right that the towel thing that he had put on him was more help in getting his fur dried off than he would have been doing it on his own. 

"Are you hungry again?" He heard the other ask from outside the bathroom. The alpha hadn't been able to move yet as he didn't quite trust his body to do what he wanted it to do. 

"Yes, I am." The wolf replied as he shook his coat out again. It still didn't feel quite right but that was all he was going to be able to do for the time being. He would figure out how to get it sorted out correctly at a different moment in time.
