Chapter 1: Prologue: The Un-expected Visitors (Fixed)
I am Major Drek, an air force officer. I look at my surroundings, it's a never-ending war. This is the fifth? No, scratch that. It's the tenth attack of the unknown, or at least that's what we call about this alien look-alike. Their technology is highly advanced that ours can barely fight the unexpected visitors. Their fighter jets are unmanned – it's drone controlled; a computer or some device that can control it, our only option is to destroy their aircraft carrier, the carriers which floats that is more advance than ours, to lose their communication so that we can destroy that ship and they'll be disconnected to the main control that we called – the mother ship.
Well, I always see this on every manga I've read every day but now... It's really happening. What a future?
An alarm goes off, I stood up. Eyes wide open, as I stare at the terror that's about to unleash. This siren goes crazy to signal our people about... "There's another attack!!", shouted by a man that's almost pale as a white cupboard as he run for his dear life.
I heard footsteps rush down to my doorway, it was open by forced by someone in the military. "SIR! THE UNKNOWN KNOW OUR LOCATION! THEY ARE HEADING THIS WAY! WE ARE OUTNUMBERED!"
I was left there, gathering information as much as I can. I get a grip on my hair, out of frustration, I thought with myself, "no... This can't be. I never thought about this happen. I know our technology can handle this but I was wrong about them..."
"ASSEMBLE ALL THE MEN! PREPARE FOR DEFENCE AND ASSAULT!" I was spacing out but brought back again when I heard the voice of our general that held so much authority. The men shouted a loud, yet nervous 'yes, sir!'
It's time for me to go now within the courage and bravery for my men and to my country, I gear up with my flight suit, I walk fast as I could to reach the deck of the aircraft carrier. Everybody is waiting for me. It's time for these brave men and women to give once more bravery to save the last civilization.
"EVERYONE! LISTEN UP! I WON'T PROMISE YOU THAT WE – US WILL COME BACK ALIVE BUT THIS IS ONE THING I WILL SAY TO YOU ALL, YOU ALL ARE BRAVE MEN AND WOMEN! THE LAST THING I WOULD SAY TO YOU ALL… Don't die. THAT'S ALL!"
I saw how they shed tears, we don't know what the future holds but we are going to fight on what our civilization deserves and that is what we call – life.
The time has come to an end their number is numerous than ours. This is a suicide mission, but we will not be discouraged with our mission, as long as it's for our people – we will destroy their ship and we are done here. For decades, no one can't shoot it down, until now... Our last hope is in our hands.
