Chapter 83: Chapter 83 Cannibal Candy's Accident

Kanda and Raishin back to their classroom again after separating from Charlotte as she is in second year and both of Kanda and Raishin are in the first year.
The news about Kanda's confrontation with Magnus had spread wide in the academy where his classmates had gathered again at him and asks his opinion about Magnus's strength. Kanda just vaguely said to his classmates that Magnus is strong and his fight during the lunch is just a warm-up for both of them as both of them are not seriously fight to the death.
His feat also had caused unnecessary problems at him because he had been invited by Felix Kingsfort, Disciplinary Committee Chief, which he wanted Kanda to be his subordinate at the committee. Kanda just kindly refuse his invitation as Kanda don't want to involve with him where Kanda could feel negative emotions inside Felix albeit he expertly hide that.
After Kanda had refused Felix's invitation, Felix tried to invite Raishin where he had offered the chance to get an Entry Code for Raishin. Raishin had accepted Felix's offer and going back to the dormitory where he talks about his meeting with Felix at Kanda.
"You really had accepted his offer, Raishin. Can you not feel his manipulative aura inside him?" Kanda said to Raishin after he had listened to his story.
"Why should I not accept his offer, Kanda? I only feels that he is sincere enough to tell me how to get the Entry Code." Replied Raishin while don't know why Kanda talking bad about Felix.
"Ok fine, Raishin. I want to ask you a question, is Entry Code easily can be get by everyone?" Asked Kanda at him.
"...I think so." Replied Raishin after thinking for awhile.
"It might be easy if you're a capable student but I don't think that everyone could get it. What is your thought when you had fought with Charlotte and Sigmund?" Kanda said that before Asked Raishin about Charlotte.
"She is really a capable Entry Code user where her partner, Sigmund, also strong. Even if I could order Yaya to defeat him, I will also need to force extra effort to do that which might reveal my capabilities to other students especially to that 'person'." Answered Raishin.
"That's right. Magnus is very strong person and the current you is still not enough to fight him in equal terms." Kanda said that to Raishin.
"Why do you say that, Ichijou-san? Raishin is strong and Yaya will make Raishin the best student in this academy." Commented Yaya as she interrupting the conversation between Kanda and Raishin.
"Relax, Yaya. I know that your Raishin is strong but he not strong enough to fight 1st rank in this academy." Replied Kanda as he shows a smile at her.
"Hmph, I will show that my Raishin is the best. Even you, will defeat to both of us later." Yaya said that before turns her head to the side and harrumphed.
"Hahahaha...I will want to see that to be happened. I will wait for you." Kanda laughed while saying that.
After he had finished laughing, Kanda looks at Raishin and say: "Anyway, I think that Felix will make you do something for him to exchange his offer for the Entry Code. You can tell me later about it if you want to tell me. If not, I could still find what had happened to you later."
"Then, what is the difference between I'm telling you by myself and you find that news by yourself?" Raishin said that he listened to Kanda's words.
"If you told me, I might be helped you but if I had known about that first, I just observe what you will do next and only help when you're in dire state." Answered Kanda.
"But ultimately, you will help me later. Why you make such a troublesome options?" Asked Raishin at the end of his words.
"Well, your suffering is my amusement." Replied Kanda nonchalantly.
Rashin choked at Kanda's words before he cursed: "Damn you, Kanda."
Kanda just laughs loudly at Raishin's retort at him before Raishin and Yaya going back at their room leaving the still laughing Kanda in his room.
After Raishin and Yaya had left, Kanda communicates with his subordinates at the his hideout where Claris and Raven had gave their reports at him.
Claris had reported that their cafe business had gone well and received good response from various customers that had visited the cafe. She also told him that they had got some information from their customers but for now, those information are not important enough for them to take attention on that. Claris also asks Kanda what they will do with their income from the cafe business. Kanda had ordered her to exchange some of the income for the rare resources in this world that might usable for them later and leaving some of the income for the operation of the cafe.
Next, Raven had gave her report on the information that had been gathered by them. Raven had told him about the accident of "Cannibal Candy" that currently ongoing in this city where the culprit still in loose. Next, she also told him about the research facility that they had found and research materials in that place that they will give at him when he had visited them at their hideout. Kanda told them to continue their information gathering which Raven had accepted before he ended the communication with Claris and Raven.
The next day, Kanda's life going like usual where he enters the class, approached by fan girls, lunch with Raishin and Charlotte before going back to his room to rest. This lifestyle continues for a several days before Raishin had told him to come at his room which he going there with Lily and Kyuu-chan.
"Yo, Raishin. What is you want to talk with me about?" Asked Kanda after he had entered the room and greeted Raishin.
"Well, what you had said to me before is truly happened, Kanda. Felix wants me to search for the clues for the event of "Cannibal Candy" and took the one who is responsible for that to be captured. He told me that I could get the Entry Code after I had arrested that criminal." Replied Raishin as he talked about his meeting with Felix.
"I don't think that it will really happen. So, what will you do next, Raishin?" Commented Kanda before asked Raishin.
"I will try to find some information about "Cannibal Candy" first before going to find that culprit. I also will go with my partner to investigate this accident." Replied Raishin.
"Partner? Who is it?...Yaya?" Asked Kanda again.
"No, Charlotte and Sigmund. Yaya is already coming with me either I refuse her or not." Answered Raishin before continues: "I call you here if you want to involve with me in this investigation."
"Alright, I will join you as I also want to see who is it the "Cannibal Candy".' Kanda accepted Raishin's invitation.
The next day, Kanda and Raishin going to meet Felix as Raishin said that he need to get the file that contains the information about "Cannibal Candy". Kanda also meet Risette Norden, Deputy Chief of Disciplinary Committee, third years student, and rank 34th in the Walpurgis Academy as he going to meet Felix.
Risette was a woman of average stature, who has pale pink hair that reaches past down to her nape; two bangs are framing her face that reaches down to her bosom and wears a round-framed eyeglasses. She is wearing the academy's uniform which is a white long sleeves with and also wears a cravat tie and tops it off with a black vest that has a large gap on the front that emphasizes the chest area which has three buttons on the left side and tailored with sharp edges.
Kanda can see that Risette Norden had a venomous tongue where she just shows her contempt at Raishin with her talking due to his abysmal result in the entrance examination. Her attitude at Kanda can be seen changes 180 degrees which cause Raishin to lament about the injustice at his treatment.
After that, Raishin and Kanda going to meet with Charlotte and Sigmund at the cafeteria where Sigmund can be seen eating sunflowers' seeds on the table.
"Hey, Sigmund...Why are you had ate those things?" Asked Kanda as he already coming closer at the table.
"I'm give some advice at her but she gives her revenge by giving me all of these seeds." Replied Sigmund.
"Hahahahaha, I think that you deserve it. Anyways, do you want some?" Laughed Kanda as he talks with Sigmund before taking out a roasted meat from his ring.
Sigmund can be seen enjoying his time to eat and Charlotte had tick mark at her face as Kanda just do what he like after he had arrived her.
"Why you're casually feeding Sigmund as I currently giving the punishment right now?" Asked Charlotte and Sigmund.
"Hahahaha....calm down, Charlotte. It not looks like that. Anyway, Felix had informed us to cooperate with you to assist the accident of "Cannibal Candy"." Replied Kanda at her.
"Hmph, why should I cooperate with you?" Charlotte harrumphed while crossing her arms.
Ignoring the gaze from Charlotte, Kanda takes out a document that hold some of the news about those culprit.
"Where do you got this information? It is very good for this document to reach our hand as we could detect the presence of that culprit later." Commented Raishin.
"Well, it's a secret trade for that and I also couldn't investigate about them." Answered Raishin.
*KYYYYYAAAAAHHHHH*
Sound of shouting can be heard where Kanda, Raishin, and Charlotter when to the location that they had suspected where the voice had came with.
When they had arrived there, an unbelievable scene had appeared in front of them which cause shudders and unpleasant moments towards Charlotte the most.
