"So, who can tell me what had happened here?" Asked Kanda as he had confused to the sudden proclamation from the Orsonion.
"Sir Envoy, before our race, the Orsonions had achieved the maximum intellectual capabilities, we had met one of the supreme beings during our enlightenment where we had been told about their realms, races, and even the Chosen Ones which they had called them as their envoy to the lower realms. One of the characteristics for the Envoy of the supreme beings is they had received the blessing or you could call that as the system from the supreme beings." Explained the Orsonion with respectful tone at Kanda.
'Hmm...is it true what that thing had, AL?' Kanda asks the system in his mind.
[Yes...what the Orsonion had said is true...Supreme Beings in the upper realms could give his or her envoy their blessing...However, not many of Supreme Beings will bestow their envoy with blessing...Therefore, player is the one that had received system like me while others only had received simple blessings such as regeneration or weapon mastery like that.]
'So, I will not met with another envoy that might had received the system like me.' Asked Kanda again at the system.
[I couldn't say that player will not met with that type of envoy...but the chance to met one is minuscule.]
'It's fine, I guess. I don't want to met another person like me as I'm still not strong enough to encounter one in the future.' Kanda thought to himself after hearing the answer from the system.
Seeing that Kanda not focus on itself, the Orsonion said to him: "Sir Envoy, is there anything you might order me for? I will try my best to help you."
Kanda wakes up from his conversation with the system after he heard what the Orsonion had said where he starts to reply: "I want you to fulfill my three wish first."
"Of course, Sir Envoy. I will give your both of those planets where the alliance members of the Galatic Federation of Intelligence Life will not interfere with what you will done to those planets as long as, Sir Envoy, don't cause them any troubles." Replied the Orsonion.
"Hmph..you think that Ichijou here like your alliance members. He will not cause you any troubles as long as you don't provoke him first." Interrupted Jens while snorted at the Orsonion's words.
"Thank you, Jens." Replied Kanda at Jens which she just harrumphed at her seat. He looks at the Orsonion and say: "Just like what Jens had said, I will not cause any troubles to your alliance members but..." Kanda changes his expression where he had serious looks on his face and continues: "I want you to inform your alliance members to behave if not, don't blame me if I retaliate on them later." Kanda increased his pressure on the Orsonion with the help of the relic on his chest.
"Yes, I will do that, Sir Envoy." Replied the Orsonion while lowering his jelly-like body.
After that, the trial had ended and the Orsonion had went to its planet while carrying Friedrich Ungrass with itself to the prison. The Orsonion also had inform the decision that had been made in the conference room towards its alliance members without telling the truth of Kanda's identity. All the alliance members starts to going back to their respective planets while remembering what had the Orsonion said to them about the status of Dogisia Federation and Catia Federation.
==Inside the conference room after the Orsonion had left.==
Kanda had ended his transformation and he starts to conduct a meeting inside the conference room. He had invited his team leaders for his forces into the that room while being accompanied with the previous people that had involved during the trial excluding the Orsonion and Friedrich Ungrass.
Kanda looks at all the people inside the room for a moment before he starts to speak: "Now, we will have a meeting for what we will do next after this planet had been kicked out from their alliance."
"What do you have in your mind, Ichijou-kun?" Asked Kuune.
"First, I want to form a search team to locate Dogisia Federation. We will find that planet and starts to merge both Dogisia Federation and Catia Federation as our territory." Replied Kanda at Kuune's question.
"Who is it that will lead that team, Kanda-niisan?" Asked Antonia.
"In my opinion, I will let Jens to be a leader for that team as she might know the location for that planet. Can I ask you to do that, Jens?" Replied Kanda before he looks at Jens and had asked her.
"Hmph...fine, I will lead your search team but I only follow your order because you had been recognised by that pendant so I hope that you will not misunderstand that as me become one of your people." Replied Jens while crossing her arms.
"Ok, Jens." Replied Kanda short before he continues: "Next, there are two teams will follow Jens as the member for the search team. First team will be lead by Claris and she need to find another 15 members for her team and second team will be lead by Captain Rosaline from Catia Federation where she need to find her team members just like Claris."
"Next, I will talk about this planet where I will reform some of the rules on this planet." Continued Kanda after he had talked about the search team.
He looks at the people inside the room and say: "The elected leader for this planet from now on will not be chosen by their inheritance but from the democratic selection with the people inside this planet where they will have the freedom to choose their own leader. The leader that will be chosen from those selection will hold the position as Supreme Commander. Catia Federation also will change its name into another name as we will merge Dogisia Federation as one of its territories later when we had found that planet."
(A/N: I want to hear the suggestion for new name for that union between Catia and Dogisia. If there are no suggestions later, I will put random name where I'm not so good in naming something.)
"Next, we will arrest the people that had colluded with Friedrich Ungrass during his ruling so we could prevent their influence during the reformation. I will let this task to be done by Commander Abrohams from the Catia Federation. Can you do that, Commander?" Explained Kanda about his next instruction.
"Yes, Sir Envoy." Replied the commander with respectful tone.
Commander Abrohams is the captain of the Catia Federation's spaceship that had been fought with Kanda earlier. He also the one who had ordered his subordinates to arrest Friedrich Ungrass to prevent his subordinates from being sacrificed for his leader's order.
Kanda nods his head hearing Abroham's reply before he looks at Kuune and say: "Captain Kuune, I need you and your team to conduct assistance in checking the damage that had been done during our battle with Friedrich Ungrass. We will try to compensate the loss that had been experienced by the victims from that battle. Dr. Durel will lead a team of medical professionals to assist in treating the people that had been injured during the battle. We need to list out any available resources on this planet where the resources that had almost depleted, we need to find an alternative to cover that depletion. That's what I had been thought for now and if there are anything you want to say, you can speak now."
"How about the Catians that still outside the planet for their mission, Sir Envoy?" Asked Abrohams at him.
"Call them to return at this planet immediately as we need tell them the news about the current Catia Federation." Replied Kanda at him which Abrohams just nods understanding on Kanda's instruction.
"Is there anything more?" Asked Kanda as he looks around the room before continues: "If there are nothing else, we will end the meeting now and I need all of you to do your own respective task as soon as possible."
All the people inside the room salutes at him except for Jens before they going out from the room one by one.
Kanda and his team are the last group that coming out from that room where Kanda say at Melwin: "Do you know where your library had located, Melwin? If you know, can you show me the way?"
"Of course, Captain. I will show you the way to that library." Replied Melwin.
"Thank you, Melwin." Replied Kanda as he shows a smile at her before he looks at his team and say: "If you want to go for sightseeing, you could go now but you need some of our Catians members to take you as your guide. Maya, I need you to check Reisende later after you had gone with them as I need you to list out what the status for our armament, forces, and resources inside that ship. We will repair and refill all the things that we might had completely used up on that ship later."
After he had seen that his team members had received his instruction, he going to the Catia Federation's library with Melwin at his side.
Jens with her team had going outside the Catia Federation with one of the Catians' spaceships where Claris and Rosaline had acted as her assistants to find the location of the Dogisia Federation.
Commander Abrohams had gave the order to his subordinates to capture the remnants of Friedrich Ungrass's followers where Catia's armed forces had tossed all those people inside the prison on this planet where they only waiting for their trial later.
Captain Kuune had made several teams to complete the task that she had received from Kanda where Eris and Dr. Durel had gave their assistance to her. Aoi and Manami had been tasked as Kuune's guards where Kuune going around the Catia Federation to see anything that might need to be informed to Kanda later.
