Chapter 7: Chapter 7 Aoi's Dilemma and Kanda's Preparation (Rewrite)
As sunset starting to appear on the horizon, two figures can be seen walking together side by side along the street where anyone can see them happily talking and laughing.
Those figures are Kanda and Aoi as they finally come out from the supermarket after spend some time together in there.
"Wow! Many had been bought today! It's not too much for you later." Asked Aoi in amazement.
"Hahaha...Not at all as there are more stomachs need to be filled later in the house so I bought extra and I also like to cook too." Said Kanda as he smiles.
"You can cook, Ichijou-kun?" Asked Aoi curiously.
"Well, just simple dishes. Everyone can do that if they had been taught especially you, Aoi-chan as you look like someone that can cook easily." Answered Kanda.
"Ano....Ichijou-kun...Although I like with the compliment but I really cannot cook very well and I usually order takeout." Said Aoi weakly as her face becomes red.
"Hhmm?...Hahahaha". Stopped Kanda before he laughing at Aoi's words.
"Don't laugh, Ichijou-kun. You meanie." Said Aoi while pouting.
Kanda laughs again before he saya, "Sorry, Aoi. Well, I can teach you if you want to learn how to cook. Kio had taught me first about the cooking before I become quite skillful right after that."
"That's great, Ichijou-kun. I will be under your care later on." Said Aoi happily as she close her palms together.
"It's fine, Aoi-chan. Let's go...I will send you back home right now." Said Kanda as he wants to continue the walk.
As they want to start to head back, a black car suddenly stopped at the roadside near them before the window pulls down and a figure can be seen inside the car where the figure is a bespectacled man with a black suit.
"Hey, it isn't Aoi-chan." Greeted the bespectacled man.
"Oh, Uncle Endou." Greeted Aoi back.
"I was just about to pass by your place. Want a ride? I can help you as well as we go to the same destination." Said Endou while offer a ride.
Aoi looks at Kanda for a moment before Kanda says to her, "It's fine, Aoi-chan. I can go home by myself. Let him send you back as I was afraid that your family will worry about you later."
"Sorry about this, Ichijou-kun. How about we go out again the day after tomorrow?" Said Aoi as she apologised to Kanda.
"Sure. That sounds fine." Agreed Kanda.
"Then, see you later." Said Aoi as she enters the car.
"Right, see you later." Replied Kanda as he looks Aoi entered the car before leaving as the car gone.

On the road, a black sedan car travels along the highway. The two figures inside the car start to have conversations between themselves where one figure is driving the car while another is sitting at the back seat.
"Did I get in the way?" Said Endou as he looks at Aoi through the backmirror.
"I thought it was against the contract for you to come here." Said Aoi flatly while looking outside the car's window.
"I've got some urgent work to do. I don't really want to come here, either. But I guess I did get to see something unusual. Are you serious about him? Or are you just acting? I wonder what his expression would be if you told him what you were really like. How about we find out?" Said Endou as he smirks at the end of his words.
"I don't care. I'm transferring out anyway but...Before that, I'll kill you first." Said Aoi before a pistol starts to materialize in her hand and pointing towards Endou's head as she removes her glasses while killing intent appears on her eyes.
"I won't kill you because you interfered with my mission or anything convoluted like that." Said Aoi as she pulls the gun's hammer while talking slowly before she continues, "I'll kill you because I feel like it."
"S-Stop it! If you shoot now, the car will..." Persuaded Endou as he trembles while being aimed by Aoi.
The gun slowly clicks and Aoi put her right forefinger on the trigger.
"I won't get hurt at all as I'm sure you already know it because I'm 'Good Luck' Momiji. How about we add another episode to the legend? Do you want to try it?" Said Aoi seriously as her face shows that she will shoot next.
"S-Stop it..." Endou trying to stop Aoi.
*BANG!!!*
The pistol has been released its bullet and cracks the front windshield which cause Endou suddenly braking the car and the car is skidding along the road before reaching the roadside. Multiple vehicles behind the car horned on it before they narrowly avoid the crashed car.
Endou breathes heavily as he finally avoid the death before he hears Aoi said, "I was just kidding. I will not kill discriminately."
The pistol on Aoi's hand starts to disappear before she continues talking, "So, what's the job?"
"Th-The usual." Stammered Endou before he pulls out a folder full of documents that been placed on the front passenger seat and giving it to Aoi.
After that, he took Aoi back to her home while being befuddled by the near death situation.
As Aoi back home, she read all the details about the mission before she lost in thought and starts to remember the conversation that happened after Endou gave her these document.
*flashback starts*
In the car after Endou gave Aoi a folder, full of documents.
"We need you to take out an illegal immigrant that had been hiding, and silence the one who aided them. The target is A-class plus. We doesn't care if an "unfortunate accident" has occurred towards others as long as you coming back with the target." Explained Endou.
"How long do I have?" Askes Aoi in flat tone.
"It's needs to be done as soon as possible. We want to avoid the target's existence becoming public knowledge. We also knew that other illegal organizations are operating here, as well. We want to avoid chaos at all costs. Understand?! This is just a normal mission. Please don't kill me, Momiji!" Said Endou before begging not to kill him.
*flashback ends*
Back to Aoi's room.
Aoi picks up three pieces of pictures before her face changing into a solemn expression after she had seen the pictures.
"Why? Why is it you, Ichijou-kun?" Said Aoi weakly as she stares at the pictures which are the photos of Eris, Kio, and Kanda.

After Kanda separated from Aoi, he comes back home and sees Eris welcomes him at the front door.
"Welcome back, Ichijou-san." Greeted Eris.
"I'm back home, Eris. Where is Kio?" Greeted Kanda before asking about Kio.
"He already arrived an hour ago and he now in the kitchen as he already finished cooking the rice. He waiting for you right now." Answered Eris.
Kanda nods before he says," I will go right now to cook a meal for us as I knew that you already hungry right, Eris?"
"Right!" Replied Eris short as she nods.
Kanda quickly makes the dinner which three of them eat together before they went to their own beds.

In Kanda's room.
Kanda in deep thought before he says, "I think that different organization will start their move now as Eris's arrival had been known to them right now. I also need to prepare myself more. Although I had trained my body for the past half a year with the equipment that been provided by Uncle Yuuichi, I don't think those are sufficient enough."
Kanda can be seen exercised in his room while many documents scattered on the table where he also had tried to process those informations that he got after he had investigated around on the first month of his arrival under uncle Yuuichi's helps.
"CIA, DIA, Immigration Bureau of Japan, "Beautiful Contact" organization, and "The Underside of the Kitten Paw" organization. For now, these are the organization that heavily related to Eris's arrival on Earth." Mentioned Kanda while exercising.
"To thinks that Kio's uncle has a large connection with the underworld as I can receive this large amount of informations after giving those informants the appropriate amount of money." Said Kanda in amazement.
"AL, can you show me my status and the changes in stats after half a year?" Asked Kanda at AL.

Looking at his status, Kanda says, "AL, why my rental skills have no level but others skill have a level?"
[Rental skills are always at the maximum level, but the skill will disappear and may change to other skill when player go to the next world except for the skill that had been bought.
For the self-training skills like <Battle Instinct>, <Fighting Spirit>, <Hand to hand Combat>, and <Close Combat> the player received it after training by themselves. The skill will not disappear when you go to the next world. However, the chance to learn any new skill from training will be minimal as without hard work, you will not get it.]
Kanda nods at AL's explanation before says, "Luckily, the skill that had been learned wouldn't disappear so my training in this world will not be wasted. Well, let's hope that my stats is enough for this world."
"AL, can I see other people's stats?" Asked Kanda curiously.
[Negative. Player need to get an item called "Status Counter" where the item will allow the player to see other's stats although the item need to be upgraded or there is a limit on how much that item can see the stats.]
"How about the average stats distribution for different world levels, can you gave me their estimation?"Asked Kanda at AL.
[Affirmative, the average stats distribution for each world level are being shown here. For your information, the average number that had been shown are for the strong individuals or entities that existed in that world and not for a normal individual. For example, an individual that has an average of 50 for his stats distribution, he can be called strong while below that the person called normal.
Level 1 world = 50 ~ 1000 (max)
Level 2 world = 2500 ~ 10 000 (max)
Level 3 world = minimum of 10 000 in stats
Level 4 world = minimum of 25 000 in stats
Level 5 world = minimum of 50 000 in stats
If a player's stats already reached the maximum limit where he can increase his stats, his stats cannot be increase anymore, and need to travel higher world level. However, if a player's stats more than the maximum limit in the lower level world, that player's excess stats will be locked temporarily until he arrived at higher world level.]
"Well, if my stats are not being locked, I will be too omnipotent for that world. As my average stats already above 50, I can be said as a strong individual in this first world altough my INT and LUCK are still below average." Said Kanda after he reviewed his status.
After Kanda reviews his status, he continues with his training before he cleans himself up and go to sleep as he feels that an unforeseen accident will be happened is not long.
