Laying on his bed, Aarush looked at the ceiling of his room and sighed. 'What was I saying to her yesterday? What did I mean? I don't get it?' Aarush had fallen in love with Aeleya, so he understood the feeling well, but he didn't think this was the same, there was something different about this. 'I can't even go back, I've been banned from that area.' He sighed. Sure, he threatened them, but was really going to shut the place down, that would just be wrong.
"Aaru, come down and eat." He heard his mom's voice suddenly call him down. Aarush sighed and walked down the stairs. Unfortunately, he had a surgery he had to do later in the day, so he didn't have much time to be distracted.
He quickly found his seat and began to eat his food with a dazed expression. Everyone looked at him weirdly, but no one said a thing.
"What do you want Yunus sir?" Bali asked with a smile.
"Get me the usual." He said without even looking at him. A few minutes later, Aarush was presented with his food. 'What is going on? Am I really like Amin? She said I was like Amin? What does that mean? Does he do stuff to her? Has he tried?' He became furious thinking up to this point. 'That bastard better not have done anything!' Suddenly, Aarush got up from his table and threw his glass cup against the wall.
"Ah!" Everyone screamed in shock as the glass shattered into small fragments.
"Aaru!" Aliya called out.
"Screw off." He said with a glare as he walked towards the exit of the house. "Bali, give me a lighter!" Running over quickly, Bali passed Aarush a lighter with shaking hands. "Why the fuck are you shaking? Do you think I'll hit you?!" Aarush glared at Bali as he stole the lighter and walked outside with a furious expression. No one said another word for a few seconds.
"What happened?" His mom looked at Aliya and asked with a worried expression.
"I don't know." Aliya shrugged her shoulders. "He is probably just going through something, he'll get better soon." She sighed and turned her head to see Bali quickly cleaning the shattered pieces. "Sorry about that Bali."
"No problem at all. Yunus sir is probably hurt about something, he only does this when he is hurt." When Bali said this, Aliya frowned a little, falling into a deep thought.
'Hurt? Probably, but what could make him so mad now?' She sighed and couldn't get any answers out of it.
"Like Amin? What has that bastard done?" Aarush drove his bike with his cigarette in his mouth. He didn't know where he was going, he just wanted to vent a little. He felt angry that he was compared to Amin, but this wasn't his main reason for being angry. If what he did was comparable to Amin, then Amin had been touching Inaya. This made him upset beyond words.
As he drove, he suddenly arrived at a pharmacy. Getting off his bike, he walked in with a furious expression. "Hey, no smoking inside." One of the employees suddenly walked over and said with a polite expression.
"Screw off. I'm just getting a few things." Aarush walked past him and picked up a cream and a charger. Walking to the counter, he handed a single bill to the man. "Keep the change." He then walked out as fast he went in.
"What the heck is wrong with him?" The one behind the counter said with a frown.
"Ignore him." The one who was yelled at was actually a manager. He sighed and just went back to work.
Aarush got back onto his bike and drove towards the school. Sure he was banned, but that didn't mean he couldn't have someone else hand these things over to Inaya for him.
"Hey, you aren't allowed here." When he arrived at the school, he was quickly surrounded by a group of guards. They had their guns pointed at him, making Aarush frown even more.
"Screw off, I'm not going in." Aarush got off his bike without a shred of fear. He walked over to the guard he recognized and passed him the items. "Give these to Inaya for me. The cream is for her face, tell her to rub it on the swelling atleast once a day before she sleeps. This charger is for her phone. I know it is dead, so she needs it. Make sure she gets it." With that said, he walked back to his bike. The guards still had their guns pointed at him, Aarush got more annoyed by this. "Do you guys want to be behind bars? I can make it happen. Put those guns down!" Aarush growled at them. They hesitated, but still put their guns down. Aarush was about to leave, but he suddenly remembered something. He walked back to the guard he handed the items too and pulled out his credit card and lots of cash. "Give these to Inaya as well. I know how much is here exactly, and I will text her to see if she has everything. If even a single thing is missing, I will get every single one of you behind bars for theft. Keep this shit in mind. All of this is for Inaya, and only her." After he was done, he got onto his bike and drove off.
"Is this guy crazy?" Watching Aarush leave, one of the guards asked with doubt filling their minds.
"He isn't crazy, he just cares for that Inaya girl a lot." The guard who knew Aarush said with a sigh. "Plus, I think he really has connections with people, so don't mess with him. He is already being respectful by not forcing his way into the school, he has the power to do so. Just be careful next time you meet him, this whole ban on him isn't really worth a single thing."
"Well, why didn't the principal warn us?" The guards grumbled.
"I don't know." He replied while shrugging his shoulders. "Anyways, I'm going to go and hand these things to Inaya. Atleast one of the women here are getting help, isn't that a good thing?" Like himself, the rest of the guards were actually very caring towards the women as well. Most of them were married men, but they treated the other women like sisters.
"True, hopefully he doesn't do anything bad." They sighed together and watched as the guard walked into the school.
"Inaya, one of the guards has brought something for you." From outside of her room, she heard the voice of one of the women.
"For me?" She asked in confusion. The past few days, her mind had been in a mess. The biggest reason was because of what Aarush said to her and did before he left. These things, she had never experienced before. He seemed so protective of her and angry on her behalf, but at the same time, he was forceful with her, which caused a mess in her mind. "Send him in." She got up and walked towards the door, opening it up slowly. She saw a guard she recognized, but couldn't really remember too well. "Yes?"
"That Aarush person told me to give you these few things." He then handed the cream, the charger, the cash, and the credit card over. "He said this cream is for the swelling on your face. You should use it every night before you sleep. This charger is since your phone is dead. As for the money… well he didn't say much about it." The guard placed them all into her hands.
"Aarush sent these?" She looked at him with a bit of surprise and even confusion.
"Yeah. He came a little while ago. Since he is banned from coming in, he had me deliver them to you." The guard smiled at her.
"I don't need these things, take them back." Confirming they were from Aarush, she wanted to hand them back, but the guard moved back quickly.
"I'm sorry, but he said if you don't get every single item, he will shut this school down and get everyone on the streets." The guard said with a pitiable expression. Honestly, he wasn't too worried about Aarush actually doing what he said, since they spoke for a while that one day. He understood that Aarush was like minded when it came to these women. The guard wanted Inaya to have the things since they would help her, plus he could tell that Aarush was genuinely caring towards her.
"He said that?" She frowned a little hearing these words, yet felt a weird fill her heart. 'Why is he doing this?' She sighed a little. "Alright, thank you."
Nodding his head, the guard left, while Inaya shut the door. She walked back into her room and looked at the cream Aarush sent for her. Hesitating a little, she turned the lid and opened it up. It was a pale brown cream, exuding a faint fragrance that wasn't terrible, but also wasn't too great. With her slender fingers, she scooped a bit of it out and began to rub it on her cheek. Although Aarush did say to use it before she slept, Inaya decided to do use it now. She wanted to try it out.
'Feels cold.' She said while rubbing it on her cheek. The feeling was great, very soothing. The swelling was already there when Aarush saw her last, now adding the cream on top of it, her pain was dissipating as well. 'Thank you Aarush.' Speaking in her mind, a smile formed on her face as she picked up the charger and quickly plugged it into the wall. Attaching her phone, she saw the red light appear and a sigh of relief escaped her mouth. 'Finally.' Her phone had been dead for a week now, it was horrible trying to live without her phone. After doing all that, she picked up the money Aarush sent for her and shook her head. 'I can't use this, that would be too much. Especially after what I said to him.'
As she sat on her bed and sighed, a buzz came from her phone. It had charged enough to be opened up. She walked over and picked it up, still keeping it on charge.
'So many messages and missed calls? Who would…" She saw that there were a few dozen missed calls and a large number of messages from Aarush. There were some other people calling her and messaging her as well, but the number wasn't even close to Aarush's. 'Why was he calling me so much…' She sighed when she saw all of this. It didn't make much sense to her, what made Aarush find her so important? She didn't think it was love because they only ever hung out once, rarely ever meeting before that as well. Could someone really fall in love in such a short period of time? She didn't think so.
[Inaya, are you there?]
[Inaya, call back when you get the chance.]
[Hey, Inaya?]
[Did something happen? Are you alright?]
[Inaya, are you mad at me?]
[Inaya?]
She read each message he sent and could somehow feel the worry and anxiousness. A small smile formed on her face unknowingly. 'He's a weird person.' She said with a smile.
[Inaya, did you get the things?]
Suddenly, as she was scrolling through the messages, a new message popped up. 'Shoot, did he see my reading them?' She panicked a little. Inaya completely forgot that others could see whether she had read the messages or not. 'Since I have no choice, I might as well reply.'
[Yes, thank you for the charger and cream, but I don't need the money. I appreciate the thought, but I don't need it.]
She was a straightforward person as well. She wasn't going to hide her thoughts too much.
[Well, now it's yours. The pin for the credit card is…]
When Inaya saw this message, she felt slightly irritated. 'Just like before, why is he so pushy? Doesn't he understand when someone says no? Is he dumb?'
[Look, thanks for the things, but I don't need the money. Even the credit card, I don't need it.]
[Why do you girls always say no to these things? Like, just take it, I don't have a problem with it.]
"Girls?" She said with a bit of surprise. "What does he mean by that?"
[What do you mean girls?]
[Aeleya was the same. She hated taking my money, saying things like 'I don't need it'. What the heck, I don't give it because i think you need it, I give it because I want you to have it just in case. It helps me know that none of you are without some sort of fund in case of emergencies.]
"So she was like this too? Seems like he was even pushy to her. Maybe, this is just how he is with everyone?" She used to think this was the case only for her, but now she understood that he wasn't especially being pushy to her. Somehow, this made her feel a bit better. If he was only like this to her, this would make her think about how her whole life was controlled, and only her life.
[The reason is because we don't want charity. I don't want charity.]
She wasn't saying this to show an attitude, rather she wanted Aarush to understand why what he did was wrong.
[Charity? Is that what you think this is?]
[Yes.]
Aarush didn't reply to her for the next ten minutes. She became a little worried, thinking she might have hurt him somehow from her texts. The point behind her messages wasn't to hurt him, but help him understand. She definitely appreciated his goodwill, but that didn't mean she had to accept everything he gave her.
[Aarush?]
She felt worried with his lack of reply. So, she decided to message him first.
[Forget it then. If you think my care is charity, then I won't care anymore. I won't give this 'charity' to you anymore.]
"Why is getting so upset about this?" She frowned seeing him reply like this.
[Aarush, I didn't mean anything bad about it, I just wanted you to understand how you make others feel when you force these things on them.]
[Whatever. You don't want my 'charity', so just pretend like I never sent you anything. Afterall, you hate 'charity'.]
Seeing him constantly mention charity, she felt slightly irritated. She texted him a few more times, but he didn't reply after that. "Forget it then." She puffed in anger and got up from her bed, pacing the room with an annoyed look.
"Aaru, why are you so mad again? What's with you these past few days? You're either super worried about something or just angry. What's going on with you?" As Aarush paced his large room, Aliya walked in with Noori.
"Forget it." He said with an irritated expression.
"C'mon, something happened to make you this upset. What is it?" She asked again.
"It's nothing." Aarush said with an annoyed look.
"Is it related to that Inaya person?" Aliya spoke with a smile on her face. Noori on the other hand showed a bit of annoyance.
Aarush looked over at her with a bit of shock. "How did you…"
"I'm not an idiot." Aliya walked into the room with a smile. "Noori, go and play for now, I need to talk to Aaru uncle for a little while." Noori nodded her head reluctantly and walked away, closing the door behind her. Aliya walked over to Aarush's bed and sat down, pulling him down beside her. "You seem to care a lot about her, huh?"
"Yeah, but it isn't what you think. I love Aeleya, so I would know if I loved her, this isn't the same." Aarush said with a bitter smile.
"Oh? Tell me, what's the difference?" Aliya continued to smile sweetly, asking away.
"Well, for one, I don't have the same feeling like I did with Aeleya. Whenever I was with Aeleya, I just wanted to… you know." He said with an embarrassed smile. "I also felt safe around Aeleya, super comfortable, as if I could say and do anything, and she wouldn't mind. It was a freedom I always desired"
"What about with Inaya?" She was curious about the difference herself. Her brother wasn't a dense person in these things, yet why was he so dumb right now?
"It's different with Inaya. When I'm with her, I don't want to do that, I just want to make sure she is alright, safe, and happy. I feel like I should be taking care of her, like protecting her." Aarush said with a bit of confusion clouding his mind.
"Do you not feel comfortable with her? Do you think she isn't pretty?" Aliya kept asking, wanting Aarush to understand what he was truly feeling.
"I do feel comfortable with her, but it's different. I don't know why, it isn't the same as I was with Aeleya." He said with a sigh. "Also, she is pretty, one of the most beautiful girls I have ever met in my life, just like Aeleya. Something about her beauty is unique to her, it's so innocent and… small? I don't know, I just have this desire to do everything I can for her, like… I can't explain it. I just want to make her happy." He said with deep confusion in his heart.
"Aaru, are you sure that you don't know how you feel?" She asked again.
"What do you mean? I just explained it." He said with a weird look. 'I thought I was pretty obvious.'
"You know what I think?" Lifting her hand, she gently stroked his head. "I think that Inaya is the only person in this world who can affect you just as much as Aeleya."
"What are you talking about? I just said that…" A frown appeared on his face.
"I know what you said, but so what? Who said that love has to be the same? Is there a rule that states that everyone must love the same way?" She smiled. "Aaru, whenever you talk about Inaya, I see that same expression I used to see on your face when you used to talk about how you were going to spoil and take care of your wife. That same happiness and excitement is in your eyes when you talk about wanting to protect Inaya. Sure, the way you see Inaya is different from Aeleya, but so is the situation. You and Aeleya were married from the beginning, while you and Inaya are just friends." Aarush listened carefully, seemingly becoming less confused, yet at the same time feeling more confused.
"Are you saying I may love Inaya? If I did, why would I be oblivious to it? You should know how I am, I don't hide from these things…" He said with doubt filling his face.
"Aaru, back then you may not hide from these things, but you aren't the same. You lost Aeleya, so how could you accept that you are moving on?" Aliya got up from the bed and walked towards his phone. She picked it up and smiled, seeing the notifications of Inaya's messages. "Look, things are different now. You are new to this type of feeling since it is different from how you felt around Aeleya, but at the same time, you know that it isn't too different. In the end, you like Inaya."
Aarush became silent for a moment. 'Do I actually like her like that? I always thought it was because of her situation which was why I cared.'
"Let's do a test, maybe this will help you understand." Aliya looked at him with a plain face, her smile gone.
"Test?" He asked with confusion.
"Just imagine this. Since you like writing, this should come easy to you." Putting his phone back onto the table, she began to pace the room. Different people had different ways of understanding situations. For Aarush, it was envisioning them or creating possible scenarios in his head. "Inaya suddenly gets married to someone else, she is with this new man everyday, every night. Doing what couples do. She gets pregnant, you know how…"
"Alright alright." Aarush waved his hands with a somewhat pale face.
"Ok, now imagine this." Seeing him react like this, she knew it was very effective. "Instead of some other man, she is instead here, with you. Both of you are married, spending every day together, every night. You are not only providing her with the protection you want, she is also extremely happy with you. She becomes pregnant and…"
"And…?" A dazed look was on his face as he spoke without thinking much.
"And? Well, that's something you should know." She smiled and left the room. 'This should make things a lot more smooth for him.'
Aarush was still in a daze and only came back into reality when the door slammed shut. 'Do I really love Inaya? Do I really want a future with her so badly?' He thought about everything and knew that his sister may be right. Maybe he did like Inaya that way. 'Was it like this from the beginning? She is the only person after Aeleya that I ever found attractive.' He thought back to the first time he saw her, being yelled at by her brother. That scene made him feel angry throughout the whole day, yet it wasn't the first time he had seen such a scene. It was only that time it made him angry.
Picking up his phone, Aarush saw that Inaya had sent him a few messages. He hesitated, but still opened it up.
[Aarush, reply. C'mon.]
There were similar messages like this one, and Aarush couldn't help but smile a little. 'Maybe it's true.' Taking a deep breath, Aarush decided to write one message. He wanted to see if she truly felt what she said to him that day. If he was truly comparable to Amin in her mind, she would ignore this message and he knew he would never be able to win her over.
[Inaya, I want to ask you one thing.]
Waiting a few seconds, a reply came soon after.
[So you're finally replying? Did my words make you that mad? Like, I'm not trying to be mean to you, I just wanted to say this for your own good.]
[Ignore all of that for now, I just want to ask you one thing.]
[What is it?]
[Answer with a yes or no. No excuses, just answer it. Alright?]
He didn't want her giving him any explanations or anything alike. He wanted it to all be simple and straightforward.
"What could he be thinking?" She sat in her room with a slight frown. "Let's see what he wants to ask."
[Yeah, go ahead.]
[I want to meet you in person, can you do it? I want to meet today, right now. I will pick you up myself if you say yes, if not then…]
'Then what?' She felt anxious suddenly. 'What if I don't meet him, what then?' She thought for a moment, thinking about whether it was a good idea to meet him or not. She was unsure if she was mad at him, upset with him, or just disgusted by him. He touched her forcibly, holding her in such an intimate position. 'Should I meet him?'
[Yes…]
'If I don't meet him now, I don't know why a bit of fear fills me. Like a very bad feeling.' She didn't know where this feeling was coming from, but saying yes made all the heaviness holding her through, disappear.
[Alright, I'm coming, just meet me outside.]
Inaya got up from her bed and began to panic a little. 'He is coming now? I thought it would be some time later today, but so quick. What should I do?' She paced her room and didn't know what to do. 'For now, I should just go outside and wait for him.' For some reason, other than panic and worry, a bit of expectation filled her heart.
Grabbing a dress she barely wore, she put it on quickly. Slipping on light footwear, she ran outside.
"Miss Inaya, what are you doing out here?" As she walked through the door, the guard who Aarush was familiar with, walked over. "If you wish to go somewhere, should we accompany you?"
"No, that's alright. Aarush is coming here…" She suddenly stopped as she saw a person walking from afar. "A-Amin?"
"Inaya?" Amin was walking over with a carefree expression when that expression suddenly turned into excitement. "Inaya, you're finally outside?"
"What do you want? What are you doing here?" Inaya took a few steps back, getting closer to the guard. The latter also got closer to Inaya, watching Amin carefully.
"What do you mean? Can't I come and see you?" He smiled and walked forward, he had a lustful glint in his eyes, but it was hidden well. "Plus, you and I are bound to be married, so why can't I see you?"
"Married?" Inaya looked at him with a frown. "You wish. I would rather die than marry a disgusting person like you." She growled a little. Ever since running from her home, she felt a lot more bold, of course that was only when her brother wasn't around. No matter what, her brother instilled a deep fear inside of her, a fear difficult to remove.
"Why are you saying such hurtful things? Your brother already decided this, so why are you being so stubborn?" He smiled and looked at her whole body slowly.
"My brother said so, but that doesn't mean I agreed. Go away Amin, I don't want to see your face." She felt uncomfortable with his gaze which lingered over her body. It felt similar to ants crawling all over her, a disgusting and uncomfortable feeling.
"Inaya, whether you want to or not, you and I will get married. Nothing can get in between that, not even that Aarush person." He spoke with a smile, but his eyes continued to look her over. The guard frowned as he stood closer to Inaya, "Hey, get away from her!" Amin flared at the guard, but the latter didn't budge.
"Mr. Amin, if you don't leave this area, I will have to consider the trespassing. If so, me and the other guards may have to take action." When the guard said this, Amin didn't get scared, rather a smile formed on his face.
"Oh really?" He suddenly turned his head and called out a name. "Qasin bhai!"
"Bhai?" Suddenly, Inaya felt her whole face pale. Qasin was her brother, the person always in her nightmares. Although she disgusted Amin and worried he might do something to her if they were alone, she didn't fear him too much. The person who she was truly scared of was her older brother. He was the one who beat her, yelled at her, caused her to have sleepless nights. He was her demon, her greatest hurdle.
"Inaya, when did you get so bold?" He walked from behind Amin and glared at his younger sister. He was a large guy, bigger than the guards. He gave off an intimidating air, causing Inaya to become scared. She reached for her face and felt a little worried.
"Bhai, what are you doing here." She took a deep gulp and looked at him with a bit of worry.
"What are you doing here? After all, taking care of you, a burden, for so long, you repay me by running away and causing all this mess?" He clenched his fists. "Come here, or else I will have to come over there myself." He threatened her with a growl.
"No…" She said quietly.
"What?" He asked again with a low roar.
"She said no, are you deaf?" Suddenly, another voice appeared. Everyone looked over.
"A-Aarush." When Inaya saw Aarush, she somehow felt more relieved. A feeling of safety filled her as she began to walk over to him, moving away from the guard.
Aarush didn't park his car nearby because he wanted to walk there with Inaya. He wanted to confirm if what he felt for her was real or not, but today he got the answer. Seeing her in such a situation, he felt extreme anger and frustration. He wanted nothing more than to pounce at the two men and break their necks.
"Inaya, come here." Aarush smiled at her sweetly and called her over.
She was already slowly walking over, but seeing him call her with such a smile, she began to run over. That smile made her feel warm and safe under the glare from her dictator brother. 'What is this feeling…'
When Inaya finally reached him, Aarush quickly began to inspect her face. "He didn't do anything, right?" Aarush asked gently.
She shook her head, but felt a bit of a sniffle. "No…"
"Good." Smiling at her, Aarush patted her head. "After I am done here, let's hang out like last time. Alright?"
Nodding her head, she quickly walked behind him, trying to avoid her brother's gaze.
"Inaya, what the fuck are you doing being so intimate with another man? You whore!" The brother suddenly felt a bulb fuse when he saw his sister running to Aarush in such a way. Seeing Aarush touch her face with ease made him furious. This was his sister, someone he owned. He wanted her to marry Amin, so how could he be calm seeing someone he thought he controlled, going against his wishes so blatantly.
"Watch your mouth." Aarush suddenly glared at him sharply. "Learn to speak more respectfully to her, or else I'll cut that tongue of yours."
"Oh? Come and try it then." Walking forward, Qasin smiled angrilly, veins popping from his head.
"No need to ask, I was going to break you either way." Aarush said with anger. He turned his head and looked at Inaya with a much more gentle expression, completely contrasting the one he gave to her brother. "Inaya, remember when I said I can give you that protection and love you wanted? Well, I will show you the protection right now." Aarush then turned his gaze back to Qasin. Cracking his knuckles, Aarush walked over slowly.
Soon enough, the two were facing each other, face to face. They were about the same height, with Aarush being slightly taller, while Qasin showed a bit more muscle.
"So, the one who slapped Inaya was you?" Aarush asked with a small growl.
"Slap?" He looked at Aarush with a smirk. "Do you think that's all I did to her? Ask her how many times I've kicked her stomach, punched her face, and even pulled her hair? Go on, ask her." He had a completely disgusting look on his face.
Aarush sucked in a cold breath as he turned his head, looking at Inaya. "Did he do all of that?"
Inaya didn't answer and just looked at the ground, gritting her teeth.
"Not only that, do you know how many times I've let Amin 'accidently' touch her?" He continued to speak evilly. "Amin, where did you touch this whore sister of mine?"
"I only ever got to touch her leg accidently, she wouldn't ever give me an opening for anything. What a pity. I really wanted to do so much more, so much more." Amin joined in and spoke wickedly.
"Inaya." Aarush looked at Inaya. "Don't worry, just nod your head if they did this."
After not doing anything, Inaya nodded her head after a few seconds.
"Alright." Aarish smiled at her gently. "From now on, don't ever worry about these two. From today on, they won't ever bother you again. I swear it." Aarush turned around and glared at the brother. He walked over with a slow speed, rolling his sleeves up. "You fucking bastards are done for. Especially you Amin." Aarush glared at the two and suddenly pounced at the brother.
"Bastard!" Qasin didn't show weakness and also began to attack Aarush. Sadly, Aarush used to train himself in fights for moments like these. His whole life goal was care for his woman, in any way possible. For this, he not only learned cooking and other small skills, he learned to fight. Qasin could only be compared to a thug.
"Aarush!" Seeing them actually go at it, Inaya began to panic.
Aarush didn't answer back, he was extremely mad at the moment. Before, he wanted to just exert a bit of dominance and walk away with Inaya, but after hearing Qasin's words, how could he? He wouldn't be Aarush if he walked away after hearing such things.
"You have to stop them!" Inaya ran to the guard and began to speak in a panic.
"I'm just waiting for the others to come, once they are here, we will stop them." The guard wasn't confident enough to break them up. Both were bigger and stronger than him.
Inaya felt even more anxious. 'I have to stop this.' Inaya quickly ran over and grabbed Aarush's arm. "Aarush, stop!"
"Inaya, stay back!" Aarush had a few marks on his face, but he was doing well compared to Qasin. The other was black and purple. Aarush wasn't holding a single one of his punches back, he was going at it with all his strenght.
"Aarush, stop. Just stop!" Inaya felt even more anxious so she pulled his arm even harder.
"Inaya, why the hell are you stopping me?" Aarush let Qasin go as the latter fell onto the ground, he instead focused his gaze on Inaya. "He used to beat you, treated you like nothing!" Aarush looked at her with a pained expression.
"I don't care about all that." She said with a pained expression. "All of that happened, but I ran away and it's all in the past for me. I don't want to remember it anymore." She said with a deep sigh, her body still trembling.
"I care though, Inaya." Aarush suddenly grabbed her face and looked at her deeply. "I care that he hurt you. Past or not, he did it. And for that, he needs to pay."
"Why are you butting into this again?" She looked at him with anger, clenching his wrist, yet not moving it away. "Why do you keep butting into this?"
"Because…" Aarush stopped speaking, instead, he looked at the guard and spoke in a growl. "I'm taking her with me, so make sure these two get lost from here." Aarush then grabbed Inaya's wrist and began to pull her away.
"Where are you taking me?" She struggled a little.
"Just come with me." Aarush didn't budge and pulled her. Inaya fought for a while longer, but seeing he wasn't letting go, and that she couldn't escape, she just followed him along with anger.
They soon neared Aarush's car, which was parked in a closed area. No one was around.
"Aarush, let go now." She saw the area and began to struggle a little more.
"Relax now." Aarush let her hand go and leaned against the car.
"What the heck?! Why did you bring me here, and what the heck were you doing back there?" She looked at him while fuming. Her body was agitated.
Aarush shrugged a little as he began to rub his face a little. "Ouch." He squinted his eyes a little when he felt a mark on his face. "Your brother can really land a punch." He smirked as he rubbed his cheek gently, trying to sooth the pain.
Seeing this, Inaya walked over with a bit of anger. She grabbed his wrist and threw his hand to the side. Looking at his cheek, she felt even more angry. Reaching out, she rubbed it a little with a frown. "If you didn't get into a fight for no reason, you wouldn't have to feel this pain! Why the heck did you…"
"No reason?" He suddenly grabbed her wrist, turned his body, and pinned her against the car.
"What are you doing Aarush? Let go of me!" She looked at him with a furious expresion.
Sighing a little, Aarush looked at her with a frown. "Is it because you think I'm like Amin?"
"What?" She looked at him with a frown. "No, just let go of me."
"Why?" He asked with a smile.
"What do you mean why? Just let go." She felt even more anxious.
"Inaya, why do you keep saying that nothing is my business." Aarush looked at her with a smirk.
"Cause it isn't." She replied with a scowl.
Hearing her reply, Aarush just smiled. "Inaya, you are such a beautiful person." His words were so unexpected she couldn't help but look at him with a bit of shock.
"What?" She looked at him weirdly, her anger slightly dissipating.
"I think you're beautiful." Aarush lightly stroked her hair and couldn't help but smile sweetly. "You are so pretty, I can't even describe it."
She felt her face become slightly heated by his words and his weird actions. "Why are you saying that?" Yet the anger still resided beneath the redness.
"Why not? I think you're pretty, so I will say it." He smiled and leaned in, staring directly into her eyes. Her face flushed a little. "Inaya, I want to make your life my business, do you know how I should do that?"
"What?" She was even more confused. "I don't know… stop getting so close." With her anger, she felt anxious.
"I know of a way." Aarush released her wrist and stared her sweetly. "You are free."
She rubbed her wrist a little, but her eyes never left Aarush. Doubt filled them as she looked at him weirdly. "What are you talking about? Also, why are you always touching me like this? Do you think this is fun?" She glared at him.
"Remember how I said I wanted to meet you in person?" He spoke with a smile. Ignoring her angry questions.
"Yeah? What about it?" She became even more confused. Her anger was increased with him ignoring him so much. "Hey, answer my questions."
"I think it is great, I love touching you." Aarush smirked. "I'm not doing anything wrong, I just grabbed your pretty little wrists." Aarush gently lifted her hand and blew on her wrists. "Does it hurt when I grab you? If so, I'll be gentle from now on."
"Stop that!" She pulled her hand back, rubbing it a little with her face completely red. "There is no 'from now on'. You will stop doing that!"
"I don't want to." He took a step forward and looked at her from above, smiling.
"W-what are you…" As she was about to scream at him again, Aarush suddenly covered her mouth with his hand.
"Stop for a second." Aarush looked at her with a straight face. "You keep getting mad, let me speak without hearing you yell at me or get angry." He removed his hand, but not completely. His fingers lingered on her lips. "Do you think it's so bad when I touch you? You get mad, but I've never seen disgust on your face, why?"
"Of course I would get mad when you touch me! Who wouldn't be mad?" She glared at him as she pushed his hand away.
"That's not what i'm asking." Aarush smiled even more. "Why don't you feel disgusted?" He took another step forward, now his chest was almost touching hers. Placing his hand onto the mirror, he leaned in and stared at her with a smile. "Why aren't you getting disgusted by me? When I saw you looking at Amin, there was anger and disgust in your eyes, but I don't see the same look in your eyes when I touch you."
"Why would I get disgusted when you don't have the same intentions as him?" She spoke without even needing to think.
"So, if I had the same intentions, you would feel disgusted? Are you sure?" Aarush leaned even closer, being able to feel her breath on his face and her the same. "What if I did have the same intentions as Amin? What if I did like you, not as a friend, but as something more?" Aarush asked again, his breath brushing against her reddened face.
"S-stay back Aarush!" Her anger was still there, but right now she couldn't even get angry. Him being so close made her unable to think clearly.
"Tell me, would you be disgusted if I wanted more from you?" A gentle look appeared on his face as his fingers began to twirl her long hair. "Would you?"
"I-I don't know…" Her mind was in a complete mess with his actions. They were different from what Amin tried to do. Aarush was pushy, yet he was so gentle and sweet, but still, all of this was too much for her to handle. "A-Aarush, move back… y-you're too close."
"I want to get closer, not further." He leaned in even more and planted a small, soft kiss on her cheek. "Does this disgust you?"
Feeling his lips on her, her mind suddenly blanked. 'D-did he just…' Aarush smiled at her and took a step back. He waited for her reaction, but he already knew how she would react, and as expected, after breaking from her trance, her face turned deep red, both in embarrassment and anger. "A-Aarush, y-you! How c-could you…" Her words weren't coming out properly. Maybe it was the anger causing her speech to be weird, or it was her embarrassment. Neither knew.
"Angry?" Aarush smiled, not caring about the situation. "Yet, you aren't disgusted." With a smirk playing on his face, he walked around the car, completely ignoring the fuming Inaya, and sat inside the car. Moving his body to the side, he pushed the door open and stared at the glaring Inaya. "Get in."
"No!" She said with a reddened frown. "Get lost! How could you even try to…"
"I'll wait in here until you get in. Whether I have to wait a few hours, a few days, or even a few weeks, I'll do it." Aarush smiled, just looking at her with a gaze that Inaya was unfamiliar with.
"The wait, I don't care." Storming off, Aarush became a little bitter.
"Inaya, come on." Aarush spoke from his seat, calling out to her. "If you don't get in, I will be hurt. Please." He called out with a pitiable voice.
Stopping in her step, Inaya turned around and glared at him. "Tell me then, why did you just… you know." She became even more embarrassed just thinking about it, thus her anger became even more wild.
"If you get in and let me take you for a ride, I'll tell you why." He said with a smile.
"Tell me first!" She said with a frown.
"Come here then, closer to the car. I'll tell you." Aarush beckoned her over, patting the seat next to him. "Sit down, I'll tell you. I won't drive off until I tell you, alright? I promise."
She hesitated, but still walked over. She sat in the car and glared at him. "Ok, tell me now."
"Alright." He smiled and suddenly grabbed her arm.
"H-hey! Stop!" She felt her body get pulled. Her face was right in front of Aarush's. Their noses were touching.
"The reason I kissed you is simple." He smirked, planting a small peck on her nose. "I love you Inaya."
