Mu Siyin tried to hold back her tears as she looked at Lu Jingchen with a frown on her forehead. "Is there really no one else, Cuz?"

He lifted an eyebrow and shook his head gently. "There's none for now. I've already reached out to those I can think of."

Upon hearing this, she became annoyed. "What's the matter with President Zhang? Does he still hold a grudge against me for standing him up? Is that why he's playing us like this?"

Lu Jingchen frowned again. "I don't think so. I know President Zhang very well. Something urgent must have come up."
