Samira paced up and down in the inter-spacial space she had created. With the chains around her, she knew she was running out of time. 

So when Lahan's soul appeared before her shortly, she ran to him in relief. Her hands cupped his cheek as she held him in place. 

She wished to forget everything in his embrace but she didn't have time. Hence she went straight to the point. 

"Beloved, forgive me. I used the soul fragment that is in possession to control the rest. It wouldn't be possible if you didn't give it to me so selflessly. For the first time, I am glad I have it. "

He opened his mouth ready to ask how she was and what was happening. She placed a finger on his lips and continued.

"We don't have much time, Sweetheart. Listen to me. The worst that can happen to me is for my powers to be suppressed.
