Chapter 322: His Precious

She was wrapped up around his frame, with nothing but articles of clothes separating them. He held onto her, enjoying the familiar warmth she gave.

Samira was thinking about what she saw. No matter how she thought of it, she came to the same conclusion. This was her way of showing Lahan that she loved him and trusted him.

It was also a test of their budding relationship. A part of her was scared, afraid that she wasn't the best out there. The other part of her was confident in Lahan's feelings for her.

Her arms tightened around him. She didn't want to look into his eyes again. She was afraid of what she would see.

"My love, forgive me for keeping you waiting. Something happened to me today. I didn't expect it but I couldn't stop it either."

Lahan tried to subtly find any injury on her body but found none. His senses were alert as he tried to get any whiff of the blood on her but found nothing.
