Chapter 2: Chapter 1: The System
On August 2nd 2376, Monsters fled out of dimensional cracks on the ground, or in the sea and skies, some novel creatures, for example dragons, now exist and humanity was at the bottom of the food chain.
When the thought of survival of humanity was a most abolished, the humans killed a dragon and with the dragon, came a martial arts technique which the humans cultivated to the extreme. This was the turning point for humanity.
For the past couple decades, the humans have been able to gain a standing in this new world, contending against the other creatures.
Over the years, humanity has been able to form contracts with beasts, extract bloodlines and being able to manipulate elements. These humans are known as Mutators.
August 2nd 2526:
It's been 150 years since the dimensional cracks opened, in a closed street, there was a boy, staring at the empty space ahead, dumbly, as if he has received the biggest surprise ever.

This boy, Jack, was surprised at this revelation as he always thought that, with his friends getting mutated, he would be left out and would have no friends. Most of his friends, nowadays have moved on from him as he has been redeemed "weak" and "hopeless".
Jack is an ordinary high schooler, which goes to a high school that only mutators go to. One day, after roughly 6 months of being in the school, he was kidnapped and used as a test subject, in which he had his powers sapped out of him. Since then, he has been bullied and scolded by many people in which he has started to lose hope of living.
His Mother, Grace, had doted on him since he was young and because he had hope of being powerful, but when he had his power sapped, she stated taking pocket money away from him, only allowing him to get a job. Once in a while, she grabs a weapon and hits him with it, just trying to vent her daily frustrations. His farther, Davis, was a general in the military and has married Grace because of an old friend that passed on, he eventually got married and had Jack. But ever since Davis had left, Grace has became more and more fearless and arrogant, because she has the wealth of Davis, before he passed on. She uses this to get whatever she wants, not giving any of it to Jack.
But ever since, he was coming home that day, 150 years after the dimensional cracks opened, his life changed
