Chapter 3: Chapter 3: Emergency
~Third POV~
Trouble was now the current state of Hope's Peak Academy as all the students have been accounted for and have now returned to class after the sudden alarms happening all around the school.
However, the facility members of the school were far from being calm as their secret project of the Hope Cultivation Project or known in another name of the Izuru Kamukura Project.
Named after the founder of Hope's Peak Academy, Izuru Kamukura, the project was considered to be the culmination of Hope's Peak Academy's research on talent; creating a superhuman paragon by imbuing a single person with every talent possible.
In order to achieve this goal, human experimentation and other immoralities were required, so The Steering Committee kept the project a secret, even to Principal Jin Kirigiri.
But now that plan all went into ash as someone has deliberately destroyed the pod that was able to contain the transfer available as well as the room that was needed to make the process workable for them to create a superhuman.
Currently, Jin Kirigiri, Kazuo Tengan, and Koichi Kizakura were all waiting in the principal office as they were all worried except for Tengan as he had a feeling something was off from the very start when the alarms started ringing.
Like that, once everything has been in order, they all waited patiently from a phone of Tengan's waiting to hear the response at the other end of what happened in the basement.
Although Jin and Kizakura didn't know about the project Tengan filled both in on what might have happened as he heard the news that something went wrong in the basement where the experiment was supposed to be conducted.
Tengan also explained to the two that the real-life experiment of the superhuman was about to be conducted tomorrow with a talentless kid named Hajime Hinata but now that was made moot point considering what happened.
What seems like ages the phone finally started ringing as Tengan answered the phone only the fear that the three men had were realized to be true, "Sorry Tengan Kazuo but it appears someone has used the pod without anyone supervising it. The results were that it was a success as the experiment was a resulting success, but the equipment was destroyed along with the tools needed to be at the ready for another one useless by the explosion. And no sign of who this person was…"
Hearing the despairing news Tengan could only respond with an understanding tone, "I… I see then… have you caught the person in question through the video cameras in the basement?"
Once more another answer came out and one that was not what they wanted to hear, "Sorry sir but all video footage of them are not going show his identity because of the smoke in the area from the explosion so we couldn't take a good look of who done it except for Juzo accounts of his attacker."
Tengan could only sigh at this as he begins to speak to the person on the other side as he ends the call, "Sigh… very well then just continue your work to see who the person was and contact me when you find out more got it?"

Just like that the call ended leaving the three adults in the room to sigh heavily at the scene they were placed in as Koichi began to speak, "Well… that was certainly a shit show now wasn't adviser. This will definitely bring unwanted troubles principal Kirigiri what are we to do next?"
Jin hearing this sigh out a breath of relief as he begins to respond to his friend, "Sigh… for now we could only hope and search for this unknown person that broke into Hope's Peak Academy with extreme prejudice… at least that was from the order of the Steering Committee."
Tengan could only sigh at this as he shakes his head at the situation as he responds his own words about the culprit, "Yeah, sigh… whoever this person is they have to be in their teens from the witness reports of Juzo injuries. Superstrength from what the report of his said as he easily sent him flying towards the school's gates. Just what does the Steering Committee want now though?"
Jin couldn't answer that as he was left in the dark as well as the others except for Tengan as he was involved at the bare minimum of the project but even then he didn't exactly know what these people are thinking.
The Steering Committee had four major members consisting of scientists who researched human talent. They were the highest authority in Hope's Peak Academy, even above the headmaster, but they had a tendency to let Jin Kirigiri take the blame if there were trouble.
They created The Reserve Course Department and were major players in the Izuru Kamukura project and upheld the school's ideology that focused solely on talent as humanity's hope.
Sometimes the committee could even overrule the decisions of the headmaster and scouts and explicitly dis-involved them in the admission decisions of students, which is how they admitted Junko Enoshima into Hope's Peak Academy.
While they were not murderous like many other villains in the series, the Steering Committee's decisions greatly helped Junko and allowed her to achieve her evil goals.
The Steering Committee is portrayed as a group of arrogant and greedy old men, who are only interested in their own goals and are willing to use cruel methods to achieve them.
It's said that they've all done shady things in their past and they often appear openly scornful and show disgust while talking with other people, believing that they're above them even when they need the said person's help.
They rarely listen to others and they're obsessed with keeping the school's good image, which is why they constantly hide information for their own good, not caring if it's morally right or not.
When people died, the school covered it up and informed false explanations for the incidents, and the Steering Committee always made sure someone else besides them got the blame if there was an issue.
Like Jin, they were extremely focused on talent but didn't share the same passion and fascination for the subject as he did—due to the vague concept, lack of resources, and their uneasiness concerning Nagito Komaeda, they were very reluctant to consider luck a real talent while Jin was genuinely amazed by the nature of such talent.
Currently, in the Hope's Peak Academy Steering Committee Room a group of old men where very furious at the loss of their greatest product and the materials needed to create another superhuman.
All four members of the Steering Committee are described as old men. Their pitch-black clothes are said to resemble funeral clothing.
The tallest man has darker skin and hair, and he is mentioned to have big eyebrows.
The second tallest man has grey hair and beard, and a very stern expression.
The second shortest man has a heavy build. He wears glasses and his hair is parted on one side.
The shortest man wears round sunglasses and has tied-up, long, grey hair.
Currently, they are all angered by the fact they lost their project goal as the tallest one began to speak, "This act is the greatest offensive ever before seen this school founding and now all the talent that Hope's Peak Academy ever had is all fucking gone!!!"
The person next to him then replies with a fit of cold anger as he spoke his words as his eyes had a dangerous glint in them, "I agree all the funds that we received from the Reverse Course Students almost all went into the Izuru Kaukura Project and now we have to restart the whole thing from scratch. Truly this is the darkest despairing thing to have to happen to this school. Tch."
The other mem agreed with the other states as another one began to announce his plan on what to do, "Yes I agree. But how could our perfect plan have gone wrong? No one other than a select few could've known about the project even if we didn't have any guards NO ONE is supposed to know the existence of it but now…"
No words were further said as their current situation was now dangerous they have been because like it or not someone has the talent of ALL the ultimate's from their school under their noses and they are facing against someone with all the talents of the world has known on the loose.
Next one of the other members began to speak in a cold tone as he spoke uncaring, "I see… in that case we need to erase all evidence of the room immediately also the test subject as well. Hajime knows too much and needs to be silenced along with his parents. We can agree to this yes?"
"Yes."
No hesitation was needed to be said as they all agreed to the decision as if it was nothing to them.
With that, they all began to try to think of a plan to capture the culprit…
Meanwhile, Jason was still running but soon hides in a crowd to avoid being detected immediately as he manages to get rid of his mask as he hid it in his bag as he breaths in calmly of the sudden rush of adrenaline filling him.
Releasing his breath he talked to himself as he spoke out loud, but no one cared to listen, "Holy crap that was something. I can't believe I just did that I mean just… wow…"
Calming himself down he was smiling all over as he began to calm his nerves as he looks around were his at as he began to walk around undetected by the presence of anyone that couldn't register him being there.
Glancing around the area Jason took a quick stroll around the area as his eyes landed on a sign that says what was written on the screen, "'From Towa City your new safety and extra great Laptop with all the features that one would need!' Huh? Wait a minute I understood that damn I guess the talent wasn't all for nothing."
Observing the new state, he was in he began to ponder what else it changed Jason by becoming the <Ultimate Hope> as he thought to himself, 'The knowledge from the pod is really amazing if I was able to understand Japanese that easily despite not knowing it originally? Is it because once the process from the pod transferred into my brain is it because I have better comprehension because of it?'
Shaking his head at the idea for the time being as he looks at the laptop with a mischievous glint in his eyes as he began to think of a scheme of his own, "Oh… you know what I do happen to be in need of some money, but I guess Yen in this country so why not screw some people over in the process. I just hope the talent of the <Ultimate Hacker> and <Ultimate Programmer> is enough for the job."
With that in his thought, Jason began to enter inside the building of what seems to be an electrical story as he went over to buy the newest form of Laptops and other items from the store while covering his face.

After that Jason went over to look around the area of the city he was in as he was looking for a place to stay for the night as he began to look around till he managed to find an apartment building as he grins at this.
He only needed a few hours to get everything set up for what he has planned as he began to enter the building.
After a few minutes of talking to the landlord as well as getting himself a small room to live off for a month, he was more than glad to be heavily prepared with bringing food with him.
Soon he opens the box that contained the newest series of laptops straight from Towa City as he cracks his dingers as he grins at this, "This definitely took some time to modify this laptop but it's time to screw over some people more specifically those asses for the cause of the Tragedy of this world."
With that Jason began to work from a safe distance at an unknown area as he began typing down what was needed to be done as well as test out his new program is doing the job as it was built for as Jason holds a card, he created from the materials at the tech store.
Grinning was expressed on his face after just a few hours of creating this new program of his he began to test drive his newest creation, "And with all the prep work and the identities of these fucks all completed its time to ruins some careers and… enter."

Now Jason was observing on the laptop screen as the card he created was wired with another machine as it manages to transfer credit into by an unknown source as Jason just grins seeing the screen of dollar signs being transferred over to his card.
Jason took notice of this and kept on observing the scene as he also makes sure to not get unwanted attention as he wants this transfer to go real smoothly of what he needs.

In the middle of the night, four phones began to ring as they all belong to the Steering Committee as they were rudely awakened to see what was on their phones all in different parts of their homes.
As they all have received the sudden rings from their phones as they all see what the cause was, but they all soon pale at the screen was shown from each other banks respectively as all of their Yen was being transferred away.
Seeing this they tried to call the bank but then realized that they were closed as they all saw their savings, and everything was being transferred to somewhere else as Jason was enjoying the scene of everything happening.
Once all of their Yen was done Jason wasn't over when he began to type down everything about the Izuru Kamukura Project as well as the human experimentations all on the google of this world as he began to talk to himself, "Now then I wonder how these creepy fucks take care of the backlash of the public. They won't take it well and the Reverse Course Students aren't going to take this lightly as well. I mean the Reserve Course students' secret society was able to capture two and torture them to death, I wonder how they will respond well to the news."
Glancing at the desktop screen on one of the files of 'DARK SECRETS' Jason merely grinned at this as he spoke out loud to himself, "Then again, these files are really sketchy as hell from their lab in the basement good thing I edited some of the info here or else something really bad might happen. For now, though I'll keep all the important info for myself till then I think the masses would like the truth bullet I have prepared."
