-A few days later – Saturday-
It was a weekend morning, and I was walking through the castle corridors aimlessly, just wanting to walk a little to let my mind relax.
I was no longer so stressed about my problem about how to ask Harry to translate Salazar's diaries and books, and in my mind there was already a half-formed plan to solve this problem.
It was a simple and safe plan, but I was still in a dilemma about what I would say to him about how I got the diaries and books.
And I knew that as soon as I asked Harry for help, Ron and Hermione would also be involved in this, since they don't keep secrets from each other, so my explanation would have to please and satisfy the curiosity of all three of them.

"Ethan!" this person with a soft, feminine voice with a slight accent called me, making me turn towards her.
"Hi Fleur" I greeted the French girl with a smile on my face.
"Hi" she said, stopping in front of me while also smiling, "I'm glad I found you here, since I wanted to talk to you."
"Did you want to talk to me?" I tilted my head, curiosity in my gaze, "About what?"
"Oh, I just heard that today is one of those weekends where students can go to that wizarding village near Hogwarts" she began to say, fidgeting nervously, "And well, I wanted to take Gabrielle to visit the place, but I've never been there either, so I don't know which places to introduce her to."
And hearing that I already knew where she was going with this conversation, "And let me guess, did you think about asking me to accompany you and show you around Hogsmeade?" I asked with an amused smile.
"Yes…" Fleur nodded slowly, rubbing her arm nervously.
"You know, you don't need to be so nervous about this" I said, shaking my head with an ironic look, "You're just asking a friend for help, this shouldn't be so difficult"
"I know" she said, "But I didn't know if you already had plans for today, and I also don't want to take up your time with something so silly."
"Fleur, spending time with you and Gabi is not something silly for me, and I would love to spend my time with you" I said to Veela, who smiled softly at me.
"I'm glad to hear that" Fleur said.
"And I'm glad to hear that you're glad to hear that," I joked, making the older girl snort in amusement, "But well, back on topic, I'd love to show you two Hogsmeade, and I know several places that I know you two will love to visit"
"I can't wait for this" Fleur said, less nervous and more excited than when she came to me.
"Yeah, me too" I said, and then I smiled at the Beauxbatons champion, "Well, anyway I'll be waiting for you and Gabi at the entrance gate in 1 hour"
"Okay," she nodded, and there was a sparkle in her eyes, 'My plan worked!'
And looking at Fleur for some reason I felt like I had been caught in a trap.
'Strange' I thought.
"But well" Fleur said, taking me out of my thoughts, "I'll be going now, since I still have to tell Gabi and I also need to get ready, so see you in one hour"
And finishing saying that, Fleur waved at me before turning and leaving, humming with light and happy steps.
"See you later" I waved to her as she walked away, and as soon as she was out of my sight I lowered my hand, "Strange girl" I said out loud, amused to see the rich and delicate girl acting like that.
But shaking my head I decided to return to my walk.
But before I could even take a step I felt another familiar presence approach me.
"Hi Ethan, I was looking for you" Luna said, looking happily at me.
"Hi Luna" I greeted the dreamy girl, "Why were you looking for me?"
"Well…" Luna started to respond, "You know today is Hogsmeade visit day, right?"
"Yes, someone just remembered that" I commented.
"I see," Luna nodded, before continuing, "In that case, I was looking for you because I... Well..." and at that moment she started to get nervous.
"Luna?" I looked at her questioningly.
"I-I was looking for you because I wanted to know if you wanted to go to Hogsmeade with me!" she said very quickly, afraid that she would lose her nerve if she didn't say it all at once.
'Wait, she's asking me out on a date?' I asked myself in shock, 'No, it can't be that. She must just be wanting to go out with a friend' I denied, 'Yes, that must be it'
And at that moment when I was trying to overcome my initial surprise, Luna started to get nervous about the delay in my response.
And realizing this I shook my head and focused on her again, before responding.
"I would love to go to Hogsmeade with you Luna, but it turns out I already promised Fleur that I would show her and her sister around the village today" I said with an apologetic look, and then I saw Luna's smile fall.
And seeing that didn't sit too well with me, so I quickly tried to cheer her up again, "But you know, I don't think I can show them the whole village by myself, so I wish you were there to help me, and I'm sure things will be much more fun if you come with us"
"Huh... Oh, yes..." she said with a smile that seemed a little forced to me.
"I'm serious Luna" I said softly to her, "Your presence always makes everything more fun and joyful, and I like having you around"
And upon hearing this, Luna looked away shyly, her cheeks flushed.
"And besides, if you come with us today I promise that next visit to Hogsmeade it will just be the two of us, and I will let you plan the entire trip" I continued.
And that seemed to finally convince her, because she turned to me with her eyes shining.
"Really?" she asked hopefully.
"Yes, that's a promise and I won't go back on my word" I said, and in another fictional universe a very mischievous and determined blonde boy wearing orange clothes nodded proudly at me.
"Well, in that case then I'll go with you" Luna said, smiling happily.
"Great" I smiled too, "We'll all meet at the entrance gate in less than an hour, so I'll wait for you there"
"Uhum" she nodded.
After that, Luna also said goodbye to me saying that she needed to go get ready, and now that the cheerful and quirky girl had left I was alone in the corridor again.
'Well, it looks like I won't be able to continue my walk anymore' I thought, realizing that my conversation with the two girls had taken a while, and now there wasn't much time left before the carriages for Hogsmeade arrived.
'In that case I think I'll also prepare for this trip' I said to myself mentally.
I then started walking in the same direction Luna had gone, knowing that this path would take me to the Ravenclaw Common Room.
And when I was near the Common Room passage I heard someone call me, and turning around I saw Terry coming towards me.
"Ethan, my friend, you are just the person I was looking for!" Terry exclaimed with a big smile.
'What happened to have so many people looking for me today?' I asked myself.
But I was pulled out of my thoughts by Terry, who put an arm around my shoulder.
"So, did you know that today is the day to visit Hogsmeade?" he asked me with an excited look.
And upon hearing that question I blinked, before slowly turning to him, "You're not going to invite me to go to Hogsmeade with you too, are you?" I asked with a frown.
"What?" He looked at me strangely.
"Nothing" I said, looking away.
And Terry kept looking at me suspiciously, but after a while he just shrugged.
"Well, actually I came to borrow some galleons from you" he said.
"Huh?" I looked at him confused.
And seeing my look he began to explain, "I spent all my allowance that I got from my parents last week, and now I don't have any money left to spend on Hogsmeade."
And saying that he looked at me with a smile, "But that's not a problem, since I have a rich friend who would never let your bro stay broke, right?"
And hearing this I looked at him with a blank expression.

"You know what, this is still better than having you invite me to go with you to Hogsmeade," I said, reaching into my pocket and pulling out some galleons.
"I still don't know what you're talking about, but if you're happy I'm happy" Terry said, taking the galleons I offered him with a greedy smile.
