Chapter 31: chapter 31 : Departure
Authors Note: have been so tired with all the work and overtime these days, sorry for the late post. having a little breather right now, hopefully, I'm able to make it to 3 chapters this week.

Lin Tian is currently standing in front of the Notting college, a carriage with its driver is waiting for him. the carriage itself looks pretty simple with brown wood color without any fancy decorations.
Lin Tian chose this simple-looking carriage in order to avoid any unwanted attention from bandits on his journey.
Master, Tang San, and Xiao Wu are also waiting in front of the college to say goodbye.
Master was the first to talk, "Xiao Tian remember to always be careful on your journey and don't try to do anything reckless."
"Yes, Master." Lin Tian said while nodding his head.
next was Tang San, "Brother Tian I have something for you."
then he took out something from his belt storage, it is a crossbow with a lot of holes on its front side.

saying this Lin Tian kiss her on the forehead, Xiao Wu finally couldn't hold her emotions and then start crying.
Lin Tian didn't stop to comfort her because if he does he definitely will become more reluctant to go on his journey, while looking at the three of them Lin Tian said goodbye.

Riding his carriage Lin Tian didn't directly leave the Notting City for his journey but instead came to a large field on the outside of the city.
the field has some wooden walls covering around it, and in the middle of the field, there's a group of children age 8 to 12 years old running.
They're the working students of Notting college.
when Lin Tian was able to make Elixirs with ease, he decides to directly recruit all of the working students and with his reputation as the boss making their life in the college better, they decide to follow him.
of course, Lin Tian also promise them some benefit for becoming his men, one of it is the help to get hundred years spirit ring which was the last straw causing all of them to directly swore to serve him.
Seeing Lin Tian coming the children stop their training and greet him.
"Boss!"
"all right, You guys can continue what you're doing."
saying this Lin Tian comes to a group of five people standing beside the running children, one of them is Mei Ling waiting for Lin Tian.
"Young Master!"
"Enough with the greetings Mei Ling, I want an update of how their spirit level currently."
"Yes young master, currently there are 36 children under our guidance, 9 of them have become one ringed spirit master with hundred years spirit ring while 18 have spirit level between 8-9 and the rest at level 6-7."
Hearing this Lin Tian nodded with satisfaction, their spirit power growth is considered as very fast. one year before most of them only have spirit power of 1-3 with some exception such as Wang Sheng and now after one year they are all level 6 or above, this growth is almost the level same as geniuses.
"Well their progress is very good, Mei Ling this is the Elixirs that I have prepared for them. this will last them for a few years, after that the rest will have to depend on themself."
Lin Tian gave Mei Ling the Elixirs that he has made for the past 3 months, these elixirs work to increase the cultivation speed for Spirit master below 3 rings. Lin Tian didn't plan to give these children elixirs to reach spirit kings or above because it is simply a waste of resources to do so because their talent is not high enough.
at the very least with the help of these elixirs, all of them will not be stuck at level 29 for the rest of their life and has a slim chance to become spirit emperor.
Finishing with these things Lin Tian finally start paying attention to the other 4 people here, they are composed of 3 men and 1 female which aged around 25 to 35 years old.
Lin Tian knows these 4 people because all of them are friends of Mei Ling that he had helped previously and then finally become his men after being recruited. the 3 men are brothers name Xu Ho, Xu Chi, and Xu Min while the woman is named Su Ning.
Xu Ho and Su Ning is a Spirit king both of them is a husband and wife while Xu Chi and Xu Min are Spirit ancestor, among the three Xu ho are the oldest among the three followed by Xu Chi and Xu Min as the youngest. previously Lin Tian helped Xu Ho and Su Ning to cure their wounds after their team had failed on trying to hunt a ten thousand years spirit beast.
"Young Master!"
Lin Tian nodded to them and then said to Mei Ling.
"Mei Ling I will leave these children in your care, you just need to follow the guide I have previously created for their training."
Mei Ling nodded at his command.
"Xu Ho, Su Ning, Xu Chi, Xu Min. let's go."
the four directly nodded Xu Chi and Xu Min become the carriage driver while Xu Ho and Su Ning stayed inside with Lin Tian.
with all the preparation completed finally, Lin Tian starts his 3 years journey.
