The envoy dispatched from the Nanzan Kingdom travelled through the Western route and over the salt sea.

This was the fastest route from the Nanzan Kingdom to the High Kingdom and would take a month's worth of travel.

Myrina groaned quietly as her eyes fluttered open, the brightness of the daylight irritated her sensitive eyes and Myrina lifted a hand to shield her face.

It took a short moment for Myrina's eyes to adjust to the bright rays of sun that seeped in from the tent flap.

Myrina looked around her surrounding for a moment, recalling that she was still in the High King's tent.

Myrina was astonished to realize she had actually fallen asleep and although her sleep was not devoid of memories, they had faded away quickly and allowed her a good while of peaceful rest.
