Chapter 76: You help me, and i'll help you

**Peter's point of view** 

Sometimes i wonder if there's some God up there, who's sitting on his stupid cloud laughing, when shit like this happens. What are the odds? 

''What the fuck do you want?'' i asked, as i heard it was Jones who called. Naomi looked up from her phone with her mouth open, and mimicked ''who is it?'' I shook my head and walked to the kitchen.

''You need me just as much as i need you right now, buddy'' Jones said. The connection was bad, so i figured that he was standing at some phone booth with poor reception. 

''Why should i need you? What the hell could you offer me?'' i asked, while holding on to the desk, with my fist. The veins appeared on my hand, and as i tightened the grip they became more visible.
