I am standing in front of Eddie Chavez at an unknown location. He is one of the leaders of the 23's gang bosses. I just showed him all the evidence regarding the Sheriff. I tell him a lie that the Sheriff is going to cut a deal and then the police will come after Eddie's operations. Eddie takes a seat at his desk and asks me;
