Chapter 50: Excitement

Izumi RIvai's POV:

5 minutes have passed… the enemies are 60 meters away from us. 10 meters away from the land mine*. The speed of their walk is 1.4 meters per second. So, it will take 7 seconds for them to reach the bombs.

*A land mine is an explosive device concealed under or on the ground and designed to destroy or disable enemy targets, ranging from combatants to vehicles and tanks, as they pass over or near it. Take note: We are using a 10x stronger land mine here.*

Yhancee called me via Bluetooth.

"This is it, Rivai. Good luck to us." He said with his eyes closed and a sad voice. I can see the sadness from his reactions.

"Yeah. Don't die on me, Yhancee." I replied with serious emotions. There's no room for doubt the moment we came here. The only thing we're allowed to do is to believe that we won't regret the decisions we've made.

"5 seconds left." He said.
