Chapter 5: A new tenant?
"Are you my father?" The menacing dragon spoke with a voice of a loli.
"Yes." Shin walked near it and patted it's giant head.
With a poof of smoke, the dragon disappeared, replace by a little girl.
The girl is a very cute loli with black hair tied into two pigtails adorned with 3 red beads. Her hair also have red tips, same color as her adorable cute eyes. Her attire consists of a red capelet with a fur collar, a black blouse, a red frilly skirt, and black doll shoes. Altogether, she looked like an edgy lolita.
The others were slightly surprised by what happened but that's all. They lived with Shin for 3 years already and got accustomed to his limitless powers.
"Your name is Kanna. Tenma Kanna and you will be that sloppy girl's little sister." Shin pointed at Gab who gained a tick mark.
"Kanna?" The lolita looked down, as if taking in the information.
"Hn." Shin patted her head.
Then, he walked a bit away from them and repeated the same thing with the mist, except that the color this time is white and blue.
The mist dispersed, revealing a white pegasus standing proudly. The pegasus looked ordinary except for the golden holy glow emanating from its body.
"This thing is improved in all aspects. It can tank a nuclear bomb, fly endlessly and ram through a skyscraper. It can also cast magic but you will have to teach it." Shin turned to Raphiel.
"You can take care of it, right?" He asked her.
"Oi! You didn't ask me if I can take care of this loli." Gab complained as Kanna stared at her like a curious chick looking at the mother hen.
"Why would I? You can do it. You're an archangel." Shin raised an eyebrow at that.
"This loli looked even weaker than that pegasus." Gab comolained as she stared back at Kanna.
"Her power is equal or even better than yours. Don't complain." Shin dismissed her and turned towards Raphiel.
"You can take care of it, right?" He repeated the question.
"Un! I will take care of it with all my heart." Raphiel hugged the pegasus' head with a smile.
"Next is Artoria's horse." Shin repeated the same process.
'Why do I feel like Santa giving kids presents?' He thought as he dispersed the mist.
"A horse that can adapt to any situation. It has the maximum speed of the speed of sound and is two times more dirable than Raphi's pegasus and can ram a hole through Earth." Shin turned to Artoria who is already on top of the pure white horse.
"Though I advise you not to do that as the Earth will be destroyed and I'm going to need to reverse time again." Shin remembered when Gil got angry after losing a game of pokers and used Enuma Elish in a fit of rage to destroy the Earth. Good thing he reversed time and managed to appease the sore loser.
"Right. Thank you." Artoria patted the horse's body as she ordered it to walk around them.
'Next is my phoenix.' Shin thought as the process repeated.
Next thing that happened is a 3-meter tall blazing red phoenix flapped its wings. It has orange flames around its whole body and blazing blue eyes. It flapped its wings as it hovered in front of the group.
"Master." The phoenix spoke with a teenage girl's voice.
'An ancient legendary phoenix that can exert a heat hotter than a blue giant. Said to be able to eat stars to boosts their flames, they are also immortal.' Shin walked towards it.
"Go to your human form." Shin ordered.
The phoenix got engulfed in a sphere of flames which dispersed immediately. The phoenix is now nowhere to be seen, only a teenage girl is standing in its place.
Red eyes, red hair tied into two ponytails that falls down to her waist in length. Her skin is somewhat pale but overall, she looked like a beautiful highschooler. She wore a gray and red kimono at the moment.
"Master." She smiled at Shin as she walked towards him seductively.
"You will be henceforth named Kuuko, Yasaka Kuuko." Shin declared.
"Yes, master~" She said as she reached him. She opened her arms and moved towards Shin's back and hugged him, pressing her breasts.
'D. I should have made it F.' Shin thought as he ignored her clinging onto him and repeated the process of making a pet.
A 2 meter-tall turtle stood there, looking tough. The shell is covered in black rocky surface and some spikes are potruding from it. It's skin looked tough and coupled with its red eyes, it looked scary for a normal human.
"There you have it, Gil." Shin clapped his hands, ignoring Kuuko who is slowly creeping her hands towards his stomach.
And with that, the tenants have their own pets. Except for Shin. It looked like he got a servant rather than a pet. Also, Kanna is a family. Lolis should be protected and cared for.

One cloudy day...
Raphi walked towards the living room of her apartment with an envelope in her hand. Opening the door, she is greeted with the scene of the tenants relaxing.
"Everyone, we got a letter from the goverment again." Raphi waved the envelope in her hand.
"Can I see it?" Shin asked. Currently, he is laying on Kuuko's lap as the latter brushes his hair with her soft hand. They are currently on the couch.
"Here." Raphi handed the envelope towards him.
Shin got it and teared it open. Inside, a letter is folded. He took it out and read it aloud for the others.
"Kazaguruma Apartments, we would first like to thank you for protecting our planet. We recieved reports from NASA about a huge asteroid heading into Earth that suddenly disappeared. The asteroid could have wiped humanity as we know it." Shin read the first paragraph.
"Who did that?" Shin asked them.
"Goldie got mad about losing in a MMORPG and released his frustration on some poor asteroids." Gab answered.
"Who do you think you are calling Goldie, sloppy fallen angel?! I can defeat you and feed you to a giant turtle!" Gil retorted.
Shin ignored him and resumed reading the letter.
"We found out earlier this week about an organisation that created a cyborg that can cause destruction on a country-level. We have successfully wiped the organisation clean but the cyborg cannot be left free and we have no place capable of holding it. After careful considerations, we have decided to send it over to Kazaguruma Apartments. We hope you can take care of the cyborg. It will reach the apartment in a day. Japanese Goverment." Shin finished reading the letter.
"We have a new tenant?" Artoria asked the obvious.
"We're going to have a new friend!" Raphi smiled.
Ding Dong!
The doorbell rung. Shin made a screen in front of the group showing the happenings outside.
In the screen, a male with dirty blonde colored hair wearing a suspicious black trench coat stood in front of the door with a large bag in hand. With careful obsevartions, the hand and the neck of the male seemed to shine, as if made of metal.
"I'll get it." Shin stood up from Kuuko's lap and went outside the apartment.
