ALEXIS POV

I stare at Ced and I notice that he is troubled, maybe I'm really pushing this and he is not interested in me. But on second thought, why did he kiss me back….. maybe he was right it was just male intuition even though I felt something….

On another thought, I get my phone and text my secretary, back at the office I left both Vincent and Cedrian's hair samples in the drawer. I instruct her to send the envelopes to Babs's address, then I text Babs about the package heading his way. I'm really curious to find out If Ced is really Vincent's son…. This will definitely be very devastating for him, why would they hide such a big secret from him…..

I turn to Ced and again I find him deep in thoughts. He is too quiet and it is starting to bother me, so I try to start up a conversation, "Cedrian, do we need to pick up something from the supermarket?"

He looks at me and says, "even poor people have stocked up fridges, everything we need is at home, stop assuming.”
