"Are you really recording, creepy rabbit?" Celina squinted and leaned into the camera until her face filled the entire screen.

"I always record, Mistress," Beistand's voice chirped.

Celina recoiled with a shudder. "That's creepy as hell."

"Lin-Lin, you are such a scaredy-cat." Xia pulled on Celina's arm with a giggle. "You can't let some robot-rabbit make you tremble you like that."

"I soooo can, just watch me," Celina mumbled, but let Xia move her into the frame. Camera—Beistand—shifted to catch them better. They sat at the table in what Eve recognised as their apartment.
