Chapter 10: (10)Mate?
Sapphires POV:
After seeing the hottie we went to our first class and sat down in the very back. A few seconds later the class filled up, and guess what.
It was FULL of vampires! I looked at my sister with wide eyes and she did the same. I hate vampires! 'Hey, that's offensive' my vampire side said.
Yay yall are back! 'Yes now be nice because I can feel we might be getting another beloved today!' she said. Oh, come on! Give me a break!
Can't I get a break! 5 minutes later the teacher came in and started to talk about the history of all kinds of shifters. Since I already learned this I zoned out and started daydreaming.
Once that class was over we went to all our morning classes and it was now time for lunch. " Finally we can get some food," I said to my sister. She just laughed.
We then proceeded to head to the lunchroom. On our way in I saw a cute guy walking in, he looked like a nerd but in a cute way he had glasses on and big blue eyes he was tall and really muscular, he also had cute short black hair.
He is so much hotter than the hottie from earlier, but he is also a vampire and I might get rejected again. We finally locked eyes and my vampire said one thing I wish she didn't, 'beloved'.
I whimpered, I can't take another rejection. "What's wrong," my sister asked. "I got a new beloved, I can't take another rejection" I whimpered out. She looked at me and sighed.
I need a mate/beloved to keep me strong, without one I get weaker. I am getting weaker every day and it is not a fun thing either. I looked away from him and kept walking to the lunchroom.
Once we sat down our new friends sat down with us. There is Terra, Bailey, Alec, Sierra, Brad, and Demetri. Bailey and Brad are twin tiger shifters, with black straight hair and bright green eyes, both are pretty muscular, Bailey in a girlier way.
Alec has dark brown hair with golden eyes he looks familiar but I can't put my finger on it, he also wears glasses and is kinda nerdy, he is a dragon shifter/vampire.
Sierra has white hair and electric blue eyes, she is a siren/mermaid. Demetri has black hair and red eyes, she is a demon, but very sweet.
Terra has white hair with blue at the tips and white eyes, she is an angel and is my favorite! She is so sweet and would never hurt a fly."Hello Sapphire, we were asking you a question" Demetria said waving her hand in my face.
"What!" I said irritated. She giggled and said "Alec wants us to come over after school and meet his parents and twin brother". "Ok I didn't know you had a twin Alec?' I said confused.
"Yea most people don't, his name is Skylar," he said, that name gave my stomach butterflies, but I just shook it off and finished my lunch.
I and my sister walked to our next class in silence. Once we got there I started to daydream about my beloved. "YAY classes are finally over now we get to go to Alec's place," my sister said but she sighed dreamily after she said, Alec.
"Is Alec your mate or something?" I said evilly and laughed when she blushed. "Awwwwww my sister has a mate!" I yelled but she slapped her hand on my mouth "Shut up" she said while blushing.
I just laughed. I smirked evilly then transported us to Alec's. My sister then threw up in the grass. I however was laughing my butt off rolling in the grass.
"I told you to stop doing that" she yelled and at that moment, the door opened, and out walked Alec. My sister blushed and looked away. "Well that was interesting," Alec said.
