Sei did not waste any time returning to the mortal realm. She gritted her teeth as she stood in front of Creige. "They… They won't be sending anyone…" 

Creige's brow furrowed. "I see. Does that mean you and the perverted fox are returning?" Creige asked.

"No! I will not return. I have already told Yuthia's uncle that we will no longer have anything to do with the realm of gods. I will not sit idly by when my friend's homeworld is in a bind. It might not seem so, but Yuthia and I both cherish our friendship with Kana. This world is her homeworld, and we will stay and fight until our last breath. We will live or die with this world. I am truly sorry I couldn't have done more." Sei replied, bowing her head. 

"Sei, you know me well. I am sure my uncle is tearing his hair out now." Yuthia's weak voice floated into the room. She was barely able to walk as she used the wall to hold herself up.
