Knocking on the door, she waited only a few seconds, to hear a voice from inside, "Come in."

Eliza opened the door and politely greeted him with a nod of her head.

The Dean, upon seeing who it was, got startled for a few seconds and then returned to normal.

"What brings you here student Eliza?" said the Dean kindly.

"Dean, I've come to make a contribution in exchange for a benefit." Said with a serious face.

That's right, the College has The transaction worked out in the following way.

The person who requests hailed as the Patron and the person who receives the donation request hailed as the Negotiator. 

The Patron can seek anything from, inside information about a person, company, or country; help with a mission; hostage rescue; to political and international aid. Depending on the level of Benefits the Patron seeks, he must abide by the established rules.
