Chapter 2: Chapter 1: A Wish

[STORY 1. Pear's Journey]

Once upon a time in a place far far away, lies several comets flew across space from galaxy to galaxy. Each one of these comets resides a genie inside called stars. When a comet flies by a planet, the stars would hear the voices from said planet.

If the voices were loud enough, the stars will listen. Then the star will grant the voices wishes. All stars are born to grant the wishes of the unfortunate and tragic. They continue to grant wishes till their comets burn out of spark.

A family of comets were flying by a planet. A star slept silently inside their comet until they heard a voice.

"I wish I wasn't alone." spoke the voice.

The star opened their eyes slowly, waiting patiently to hear the voice again.

"I wish for someone can keep me company." spoke the voice again, it was louder this time.

The star sat up before turning itself around to a blue orb. The blue orb contained an image inside. It was a rustic old shack at the bottom of an cavern. The star touched the orb, the image into a dusty room with crumbling walls and floors. In the middle of the room was a elderly man gazing at a lantern.

"I wish someone would stay with me before I die." said the elderly man with crusty throat.

The star tilted it's head before letting go of the blue orb. The star stood up on it's feet, it gazed through a hole of it's comet. The star gazed downwards on the planet, it was covered with colours of pink and green.

The star turned to the orb and glanced at the elderly man coughing blue smoke.

"I'm so lonely..." coughed the elderly man.

The star's eyes drooped slightly. The star held the orb in it's hands tightly, before gazing at the pink and green planet. The star took a deep breath before it climbed out of it's comet and jumped...

A peaceful silence filled atmosphere of the tall dark caverns. As the creatures of the dark gathered around the looming light of the old shack. A huge destructive sound echoed off the walls while the cavern was shook furiously. The creature shrieked with fright before they scattered, searching for safe refuge.

"WHAT IN THE WORLD WAS THAT?!" yelped an crusty voice in the shack.

The elderly man walked outside to see clouded dust while smoke choked his lungs. The elderly man than saw the shadow of an figure in a distant. The elderly man held a loaded gun in his hands as he pointed at the figure. When the figure stood out of the dust, the elderly man immediately dropped his weapon as his eyes widen in surprise.

The elderly man saw a child with gray skin and pear green hair.
