Chapter 42: Nightmare...
A certain rambling god was currently walking through an expanse of what could only be described as a primordial chaos of raw elements as if it was a warm evening day, suddenly stopping a small smile came to his face as he ripped into the space appearing directly in front of his child…
As for a certain overpowered god… he was trembling… Not because he was scared...No… He had only one thought
"D-Dad?" It barely even came out in a broken voice, In front of his was a sight to behold the raw power was magnificent… This is true power, unfiltered chaos… true equality… he let out a deep sigh as he shook his head. Even just facing it was driving him mad for power but yet the man in front of him seemed beyond calm as if it was all a Illusion…
"So um… child? What's your name?" The father spoke to his child in a rather awkward manner, it was all unusual, he didn't even remember how long this child had existed or it's name.
"Jason Voan…" Jason spoke with a hard to explain expression, The father replied "So you got your mother's last name huh…" Sticking out his hand he continued "Sachi Bolden'' Jason shook his fathers hand and felt like his hand was being crushed by his father's grip
"Come on be a man, put some strength into it!" As Sachi said that, Jason's face hardened as his arm flexed the air around it exploding alongside his sleeve. Sachi remained indifferent as his grip held true only increasing enough to apply the same amount of pain as previously
"Is that all you got? My child is a weakling… I think I found a child that could give you a run for your money" a slimey grin was smeared across his face, Jason was beyond angry his eyes light up in prismatic sparks that quickly began flames that arc around his body, as his hair began to defy gravity dancing with arcs of prismatic flames it all faded into a calm brownish-grey flame with a murmur
"Steal…" As Jason incinerated the raw energy emitting from his father filling his body with the incinerated energy giving him a massive boost "Condense…" All the energy he gathered condensed in his hand as his strength dramatically rose
Sachi smirked as his grip loosened enough to ease the pain that somehow stayed consistent as he spoke "Good to know my child isn't weak" at that Jason let out a goofy smile as he plopped down into his nearly destroyed throne speaking as he got comfortable
"So how'd you meet Lumas?" Sachi narrowed his eyes "How do you know Lumas?" The two watched each other for a while before Jason cracked "I reincarnated him"
Sachi frowned as he walked up and dropped a fist on his son's head, "Are you stupid? You starved his soul he probably had a few hundred years in him before he kicked the bucket but really? You know he was cursed… and it was nothing he could get from that universe, why?"
Jason opened his mouth to defend himself but Sachi continued "And do you understand what you put on that boy's shoulders?" Jason went to speak again but Sachi interrupted "A Divine Devouring Dragon… Something that feeds on divinity, something Lumas has well enough of at his power…"
Sachi hit his forehead with his palm "And Yggy's in his pocket" falling back into a chair he just materialized "Okay so, What did he ask for?"
Jason let out an awkward laugh "Well you see… I offered him two gifts and a destination of choice, arrogant little bastard wanted me to destroy his existence then rebuild it to the best of abilities… I may have gone a little too far…"
Sachi let out a deep sigh before becoming curious "Did you make a soul imprint on it before the destruction, or use time to recall a fragment?"
Jason laughed "Damn your old, I just set a soul lock and filter, just filter the soul from the impurities and use divine 'existence' to rebuild it"
Sachi fell back into his seat in thought before speaking "Where did you find his species? I was trying to study the possibility but it always seemed impossible… I believe you know the potential."
Jason scratched the back of his head "Umm it was an accident… I was going through a phase I guess, just started mixing magic to a volitle degree then eased things along" Shrugging at the end he felt that asking as it worked there wasn't a problem
Sachi could only shake his head as he slowly began to ask more questions learning more about his child….
"You really gave him nightmare mode…" The chuckle seemed almost apologetic but Jason could only gulp as he nodded his head

Lumas and Bell were currently sitting across from each other on a plot of empty land, in the complete silence the two meditated. Bell was at a loss as to why he was being forced to do this but since the man across from him was an adventurer whatever he said to do must be important
As for Luma she was searching through his status, he felt something wrong about his body but could place a finger on it, Yggy also hasn't spoke up so there was nothing to do, he had made plans to return to Oriaro within the next few days but with the inclusion of Bell he might have to push back his plans
After nearly 5 hours of meditation Lumas sprung to his feet manifesting a crude sword in his hands, "What weapon do you feel comfortable with?"
Bell put his hand to his chin as he thought about the possibility before a smile came to his face "A halberd…" Lumas was slightly surprised at his choice in weapons, but nonetheless he didn't have one on hand, manifesting a short spear he tossed to Bell "Get used to this first, it may be a little heavy since you haven't had Falna…"
Lumas swallowed his words as Bell held the spear with no visible effort, instead giving a nod Lumas continued "Focus on defense, we will work your offense out at a later date…"
Bursting forward with pure physical power Lumas arrived at Bell's side hitting him with the flat of the blade "Monsters may be mindless but they aren't your opponent"
Once again kicking off the ground Lumas met Bells spear with full force, as the reverberations coursed through the blade Bell's grip loosened as the spear began to fall to the ground, in a surprising burst of speed Bell gripped the end of the handle mid spin pulling it with force Bell brought the spear down on top of Lumas who simply sidestepped as Bell got hit with the flat of the blade once more
"What's the best defense?"
Bell attempted to evade as he spoke "A good offense"
The flat of the sword landed on Bell's shoulder "Wrong" ignoring Bell's slight frown. Lumas continued "Not getting hit is the best defense, Always dodge in a way that gives you the upper hand…"
As if to showcase his words, Lumas rolled under Bell's swing placing the tip of his sword in the crook of Bell's armpit "In the dungeon a single move could spell your death… Are you going to take it? Or evade it?"

Ais and Susan were sitting around a small fire, Sebas was off on a date with Riviera, The duo couldn't help but have Lumas plaguing their minds, it's been so long since they've seen him, felt his warmth… since they felt his care… but despite this they felt like Lumas was gone for much longer then they could ever know, Susan looked off into the distance as a loving smile rose on her face
"He's back…" Ais nearly jumped from her seat as she appeared in front of Susan shaking here back and forth as she gripped her shoulder
"Where?! Where is he?!" Placing a hand on top of Ais' Susan slowly spoke "He will return in due time, there is nothing that will stop him from coming back"
