Chapter 80: Zhenyi's predicament

Zhenyi followed Mrs.Xie inside the foyer of their new home correction --- house, since Long Jie had no intention of dropping the home- bomb anytime soon, she was not going to call this place her home either, but it didn't mean she wouldn't ask him on the behalf of her broken and shattered dreams, she had just sewed in the morning.

Mrs. Xie took her to the dining room where her soon to be the dead husband or very soon to be ex-husband was waiting for her for breakfast like he had not given her enough of the bullshit to swallow in the early morning after his call with God knew who ended after several long minutes which felt like infinity to her.

 Long Jie smiled at his wife when he saw her approaching the dining table with Mrs. Xie. He stood up and pulled a chair next to his for her.

Lord, the man had the audacity to smile and display chivalry after feeding her bullshit for days. How badly she wanted to dump the food on this head!
