Chapter 162: Where are the others?

"Eh?" Yao Meirong blinked in surprise and confusion as she asked, "You really mean it?" 

Luo Lijuan nodded her head as she responded firmly, "For a month. I'm not planning on going out of the sect without permission for exactly a month." 

Yao Meirong's lips curled up in a smile as she heard this and she patted Luo Lijuan's head as she spoke, "That's good." 

"I'm not a kid," Luo Lijuan spoke up as her ears turned red in embarrassment but she didn't push Yao Meirong's hand away which clearly showed that she didn't hate being patted on the head. 

Yao Meirong chuckled as she stood up from the chair and went over towards the end of the bed before taking out a key from her sleeve and opening the locks on the chains that were wrapped around Luo Lijuan's ankle. 

"You're going to trust her just like that?" Fu Jie asked with a frown.
