Ellise sat on a chair with her legs crossed in front of the fireplace. A man wearing all black with a quiet face stood behind her, caressing her shoulders and from what Noah could see, it's the only reason why she hadn't slapped each of her security men that were guarding Jess, senseless.

It's been three hours since they found out that Jess was missing, Ellise arrived at the hotel after an hour because she happened to be in Berlin, visiting her mother. He can't go back to his office because he wanted to know everything that they were doing to find Jess. He had called Markus and he was also introduced to Ellise's hacker in LA—a man named Jace. He and Markus worked together with the team that Jess employed to find Jess.
