Chapter 153: The Light Of His Life

Jonah had no idea. How do you tell someone they suddenly have a sibling they weren't aware of that wanted to be friends with them? 

He didn't know how Ezra felt about his father but, based on Eden's reaction, it probably wasn't anything positive. He might not take it so well and could snap at her for being the bearer of bad news. 

"Maybe the truth with a bare minimum of details? You could also do it over text rather than call so you could get it all written out beforehand without being affected by emotions in the heat of the moment the way you might if you called him," he suggested. 

Eden sighed heavily. "That's a good idea. I should probably do that tomorrow. I really am exhausted but I doubt I could sleep right now if I tried. My stupid brain won't shut off."
