Chapter 189: Flesh and blood

A few days earlier, before the kidnapping, Johanna visited his father in his home after Brad's lawyer served her a divorce paper in her office. After that incident, she canceled all her appointments and went straight to her father.

"Dad, he's leaving me." She shouted upon entering the study room of his father, who was sitting in his favorite chair. "Stop him, Dad. He could not leave me." She wailed as she threw a vase that was near her.

She was known to throw tantrums when she was not getting her way. As of now, she was not happy with the way things were happening in her marriage. She wanted her father to help her.

Johanna could not believe that Brad could do it. She thought that Brad would not go through with his plans. She even threatened to kill Sabrina if she ever found out that he went back to her.

"Calm down, Johanna. Tell me what happened so I could help you." Senior Greg stood up from his chair and beckoned Johanna in his arms.
