Chapter 68: Bond to stay

"Who are you? What are you doing in my room?" She shouted again in a panic. She grabbed what her hands found handy and threw it at the intruder with her full force.

"Hey, stop that." He dodged the object easily, ducking and using his arms to cover himself as his reflex set in. Or, it might be that her aim was just off. Whatever it was, he was glad that it did not hit him.

"You better stay away from me, or I'm going to scream." She threatened him when she could not find anything else to throw at him.

She was fearful for her safety, but she was quickly thinking of a way to escape and avoid getting assaulted by this man. She did attend several classes in self-defense, but to use it in a real situation was not that simple.
