Chapter 83: Breaking the Rule

"What was that?" Ryan's voice which was low and still firm startled her. "It's not a horror movie, is it?" he continued. 

Rhea moved her hands away from her face to look at him. He was right. She was acting stupidly around him then. It was a kiss but she had covered her face as if it was some horror scene. 

"It was not," she lowered her eyes and answered. "But..." she stopped.

'But I don't like to see you kiss someone else,' she thought but never said that out loud. Ryan too didn't pester her to spill the beans. He only frowned once before looking away at the screen.

Then again, there'd be another kiss in fourteen minutes. It made Rhea nervous again. She won't be able to cover her face or close her eyes like she did last time. He might find out that too. She can't leave either.
