Their friendship could have served so many purposes, which even made her accusations one-sided and selfish. However, Camille wasn't going to let herself take the bait. She had her reasons for not telling the people around them at the time just as Nishai had her own reasons.

"For the very reason, you didn't fight her when she accused you of stealing even though you trusted her during that time. For the very reason, you never told anyone that you found Zari's water bottle at your coven's secret entrance." Camille began, and everyone once again paused.

This time, Hera looked at the people around them, silently wondering how many secrets lay hidden between them. Their whole alliance was real but there were too many secrets. Did Angelo have any too? What of Carl? And Mikhail?
