Chapter 7: Bullies!
The sky opened up. Descending was the celestial of the heavens, with staff and swords in hand. Clothing fluttered in the wind.
The water raged while the sky roared.
Those who dwelled within the water flapped their tails, fins, and fangs in retaliation.
A massive sea beast reared its head, jaws wide, water splashed, sharpened before flying in the direction of the descending Celestials.
From this alone, it became clear that these two would battle.
The Celestials brought up shields to fend off the attacks, other pillars from the clouds when many simply dodged and increased their descent; attacking the massive beast immediately after they were within reach.
The ship between the two rocked violently. Some of the power hit the boat, injuring many of those on board.
Screams echoed, while many of the students scrambled to avoid the danger.
Among the crowd the students defended as best as they could. Parrying with weapons either made from various earthen materials or their own innate power itself.
Some struggled, breathing hard, others dodging hardly able to escape with an inch of their life intact.
Blood splatter across the boat. Blue, green, red and gold... Sea-kin, Celestial, humans and others... A mish-mash battle raged on, with one particular woman on the verge of collapse.
It weighed too heavy on her mind.
Especially when suddenly the boat shifted and split in two.
A howl rang out.
The young man holding the delicate girl within his arms tried his best to placate her, but it did not work.
Around-- close by were several students defending and attacking those who came to close.
Yet it was not enough... Especially when the behemoth sea creature burst forth, splitting the boat causing it to sink slowly.
Its grey form was massive around fifteen meters in length, while its width seemed to be around ten.
Whenever it opened its Jaws, it would spew water, which became sharp, attacking all within its path.
The eyes on top of its head were many, ten in total, with six flippers on each side of its body.
One girl howled in terror, her eyes close to bursting. Her three--four...whatever! Her views collapsed.

Bullies!
The lot of them are bullies. I should have clung to my mom and begged her to not let me board this ship!
Wuwu, Wuwu, I am crying. I can't help myself but to cry. Look at this chaos!
IT'S worse than the swamplands when it flooded. At least I was aware the bottom was nearby, but damn these mother f**#@! I am here struggling with my hearts about to burst.
"I want milk!"
I want to become a drunk now to give myself some liquid courage!

There was a boom and crackle, then the telltale groaning of the... Eh... The boat... The ship... It is damn well falling apart, and my pre-mated mate has been tossed away.
I was frozen stiff.
I could not move. This is like a Medusa-like statue going on here.
I tried but the fear just won't allow it... I continued to cry like a girl praying the boat doesn't sink with me on it. But there was another boom, and a monstrosity appeared.

I forced my legs to move but at the worse time; the system sent a shock through my body.

The mechanical voice of the system echoed in my head.
I crouched, clutching the side of my head as the damn system continued to ramble about necessary reminders that, for the moment, meant nothing to me.
Who gives a sh*t right now about those things?

I am about to die.
The thing is about to gobble me up!
Mom! Mom! save your precious!
Look; there is a sea monster that looks between a jacked-up blue whale mixed with free willy!
Look at all those eyes!
It also... Roar... Look at those teeth!
The thing twisted and the ship split in two, then broke part.
I felt despair as the damn thing spewed water from its mouth and sprang in the air, watching as... Heh?
Look at those people flying in the sky!
Look at them... They are so free up there!
I want to fly to!
damn it why is it that I am still down here trying to keep breathing and my stuttering hearts to keep beating?

Dodging to the left, right, reversing back or soldering forward. Even though many of their comrades are falling like flies from the various attacks aimed at them. I watched on as the lightning flashed.
To be honest, the celestial looked like a bunch of monks with both shaved and long hair.
Their robes exposed their well-built form. The poles of various shapes and sizes were used as weapons.
The power rising and flowing among them caught my eyes. I felt that if I could just touch-
"Finally, my empress I have found you."
"..."
I froze at the cold hand wrapped around my waist and the voice vibrating from the chest along the length of my back.
Eh?!
