Marcus stood with a calm yet palpable intensity, his gaze sweeping across the room to meet the eyes of those whose earlier interruptions had fragmented their focus. With a sharp, deliberate tone that commanded attention without the need for raised voices, he addressed the group, his every word cutting through the residual murmurs.

"Enough with the diversions," Marcus stated, his voice steady and forceful. "We are here to finalize the transition of leadership from Jovani to Samuel. This isn't a discussion; it's an affirmation of our direction forward." His gaze landed on Emilio at this. The aristocrat did not put forward an argument, but there was still a slight challenge in his eyes at this comment. That could be dealt with later if needed. 

"If anyone has further issues with this, they can come and take it up with me personally at a later point in time, is that clear?"
