chapter seven- no way!!
Mandy POV
We arrived in the office. My head still confuse. I hope I am not going crazy because of this.
"Kindly sit down sir and mam" i told me politely.
"Thank you dear and call me Cilla since my name is Priscilla. Priscilla is too long dear" Priscilla said.
"And this is my husband Anthony." She continue.
"Doctor Mandy we know you are confused of what happen. Even the two of us hes parents is confuse. " Anthony said.
"Is he OK doctor?" Priscilla said.
"Yes his injuries are OK now. We need to perform various laboratory for him so we can identify what happen to his memory" i answered
"Are you not really hes wife? Did you not two secret married?" Anthony said.
"Oh no... I don't know your son. We meet 5 days ago in the restaurant. That's the first time I meet him. I promise to you" i told them honestly
"Have you gone dating? Did he ask you on date? "Priscilla asked
"No? We never has conversation. I swear.. you can asked my friend I don't have any sort of secret relationship with your son." I told them desperately. Oh shit what a mess.
"Then whats the best solution to this doctor? He claimed you as his wife? And you know that he has a mix of memories. Can you help us?" Anthony asked me
"Yes I will do my best help sir and mam. I will do our best to bring back.his memories." I told them.
"Yes thank you for that. But What I.mean doctor about being his wife? What will we do? He ask3d about you?" Anthony said.
"I don't know" i tell them honestly
"Do you have a boyfriend?" Priscilla asked
"No.. I don;t have any" I answered
"I know its beyond your job but can I ask you to play the rule as his wife for a moment? Until his memories comeback?," Priscilla said with a pleading eyes. please tell tell me its not happening.
,"but... I don't know??"
"Think about this for now and after that let us know your decision. If you ever decide to play along don't hesitate to tell what you want. I knew its hard for you to do this." Anthony said
"But we are cheating on him? I don't want that. We all know he will be back. How can I explain it to him?" I asked
"Then what if he will never remember that he doesn't have a wife?" Priscilla said. Making me more think wilder. oh my god please don't let it happen.
"Please think this through" they said. And went outside heading to their son room leaving me confuse alone in the office room.
The sudden knock of the door wakes me up from my thoughts.
"Hey you OK?" Marrialle said to me.
"I don't know. He's parents asked me to play along as a wife to him but i can't seem to bring myself to it. I mean its cheating right? And how am I going to be his wife? When I don't even knew him in the first place". I said feeling want to cry.
"Oh but if you look at the bright side.. you are so lucky my friend that guy is rich... handsome and good catch to be a husband right?" She said smiling
"Do you want me to punch you? I really wanna cry you know. The girl who never had boyfriend got a husband in blink? Is this a dream or what? I said while crying.
"Oh... don't be like that. I have something to say. Come on cheer up". She said
"What?"
"I'm pregnant babe. I am going to be a mom soon. heheheh... and of course you are going to be god mother." She said happily.
"Congrats best friend. I'm so happy for you. Did you already tell mark about this?" I asked her
"No I will surprise him"
Guess At least someone is happy even though I am not.
Alexander POV
I really don't understand why all the people around me don't believe me. Even my wife. I felt so hurt. I felt like my heart getting explode. I wanna cry. I wanna hug her and kiss her. But my wife look at me like I'm some kind of stranger.
Did I tell you that my looks so beautiful in her white coat? I am so excited for her return. She said she will be back.
"Hey big bro.. How did you two meet?" Lucy asked
"I don't know... I don't have any memory. I just know she is my wife. Cause I have memory of her together with me" i told Lucy.
"What if she is just one of your girlfriend? Not your wife? Didn't you know that their are five girls visited you and claim that you are their boyfriend?" Lucy told me.
"What? No... I don't have other women you know. I love my wife so much. And please don't tell my wife about that girls she might get angry. Did she knew?" I told Lucy
"Nope.. she really is your doctor big bro. She went in your room not claiming you her bf or husband just as your doctor OK" Lucy told me.
"No I am 100% sure she is my one and only wife OK?" I told Lucy.
"But big bro.. she is not you know"
"Lucy stop OK... she's my wife. Can you help me get outside?? I wanna go to my wife." I told her.
"No you cant go outside big bro. Mom and dad said you cant. They are many things all over your body..look? Beside you just went to surgery. You can even sit properly." Lucy said.
"Then go.. tell my wife to come her. I miss her so much." I told Lucy.
"I cant.. no one will take care of you?"
"I can take care of myself OK? Just get my wife."
"No cant do.. she said she will come back. Just wait big bro. Your so clingy."
" so what? She's my wife. I can get clingy to her."
" ewwww cant believe this happening. My big bro getting corny and cheesy for his wife".hahahhahaah she said laughing.
My mom and dad went inside my room.
"Mom where is my wife? "
"Shes still working son. Don't worry she will come back. Shes a doctor you know. She have many patients."
"Does she have a boy patient? Oh shit.?? I.need to tell her to quit mom dad? What if the reason she doesn;t want to remember because she had someone else.?" I told them. I feel like my heart in getting broken.
"Son.. what if she doesn't want to be your wife" dad asked
"No way.? I will not let her go. Shes my wife. "
"We don't find any documents that will proved you are married to her son" dad said
"But I really married her dad. Please believe me." I plead them to believe me.
"Son if she really is your wife. She will.be here. Claiming you as her husband OK?"
"But.no??? Wait I.will get outside? There is no.way? I will wait here. I'm going outside."
With that... i pull off all my i.v all.the machine they put to me.
"Shit... son listen calm down she will be back",
"She will.not if you will not let me go outside. I will get her".
