Chapter 254: Eden
Cross was sitting on the edge on the fountain in the plaza with countless curious eyes looking at him. Dryae, Lu Mingxuan, and Sora were talking to him excitedly. Sora hugged him and cried saying "Papa, I missed you!" Cross smiled her hair saying "I'm back, Sora." Sora cried in happiness and drilled into his shadow.
Cross was still helpless against this cute little girl. Lu Mingxuan poked at him and said hungrily "En. You better be ready, if I'm not pumped full tonight forget about touching me for the rest of your life. I've waited for 999 years, that's long enough."
Dryae shook his arm and said "Me first!" Lu Mingxuan was like a cat that got her tail stepped on and she shrieked "Bitch! You're new! Where did you come from!?" Dryae spat "Who healed him? Oh, that's right. It was me. You've waited for 999 years, you can wait another day, bitch."
Cross sighed and said "We can do both at once, no?" Dryae and Lu Mingxuan shouted in unison "NO!" Cross sighed and said "Dryae, tomorrow. Mingxuan was here first." Dryae said "But-" Cross held her cheek and gave her a warm smile as he said "Dryae, listen to me."
Dryae became meek and nodded softly with a blush on her face, Cross kissed her forehead, making her ears twitch in delight. Cross grabbed the air in front of him and took out a massive mirror. He looked into the Mirror and his eyes glowed as he went from Realm to Realm, scanning absolutely everything in the entire cosmos.
Every person, item, machine, sect, race, secret, techniques, arts, treasure, ore, herb, alchemy method, forging method, formations, runes, weapon, etc. Was copied by him and sorted into the library.
Everything down to their origin, material, atomic structure, particle, everything was copied and filed. In every world, in ever realm, in every region.
A while later
Cross put the mirror away and looked up at the sky, his gaze pierced through the clouds, the formation, time, space, into the infinite cosmos. He muttered "Sure enough... Every mountain has another peak..." he sighed and looked depressed.
A Supreme God was truly just an ant once again.
He didn't like this feeling. It made him feel small and weak.
Dryae said "What's wrong?" Cross smiled and said "The path of cultivation never ends. You climb a peak to realize that you're not even a frog in a well, but the ant on the frog in the well. When you climb out of the well, aren't you just landing in another well?"
Lu Mingxuan said "I don't understand." Dryae had a clue but shook her head, not fully understanding either. Cross stopped speaking and just smiled. He looked forward and said with a smile "They're here."
The Transmission array lit up and the Heaven Rending Legion came out, looking excited. They looked around but didn't find Cross. Valrun walked over to Dryae and said "Mistress, do you know where the King is?"
Dryae giggled and pointed her thumb at Cross, Valrun jumped and kneeled on one knee shouting "My King! Leader of the Slaughter Corps. Valrun, reporting!"
Lyndis kneeled next to him shouting "Leader of the Sun Shooting Corps. Lyndis, reporting!"
Dain kneeled and shouted "Leader of the Insurmountable Mountain Corps. Dain, reporting!"
Wyn kneeled and shouted "Leader of the Heaven Tearing Corps. Wyn, reporting!"
Falernas kneeled and shouted "Leader of the Undying Healing Corps. Falernas, reporting!"
Saya kneeled and shouted "Leader of the Shadow Death Corps. Saya, reporting!"
The rest of the Heaven Rending Legion kneeled on one knee, holding a fist over their heart as they shouted "Heaven rending Legion, reporting to the King!" their shout shook the world and thoroughly shocked the civilians. Some of the older Spirits smirked and kneeled, shouting "Retiree of the Heaven Rending Corps. Reporting to the King!"
Cross looked at all the Spirits and smiled, he waved his hand and they were all lifted up as he said "Dramatic as usual. Hopefully, you didn't bring that piss with you." Valrun chuckled and rubbed his hands saying "Actually, Boss... Hehe, we were hoping you could give us some. Those short stack Dwarves won't share."
A dwarf shouted "Leader! You!" Valrun glared at him and the Dwarf shut his mouth, grumbling "Last time I share with you..."
Cross burst out laughing and looked off into the distance, before reaching into the void and leaving a note on a table before taking hundreds of spatial Wine Gourds. It was Xia Guhong's house in the Wine God's Palace. He got home a few minutes later and saw the note, he went into a frenzy and shouted "Cross! You fucking bastard!"
The High priest of the Wine God's Palace chuckled when Xia Guhong appeared in front of him.
Cross took out the Wine Gourds and said "Let's celebrate! Hahaha!" everybody was stunned and Helios said in a daze "Did Boss just steal that Wine..." Dain slapped him out of the wat saying "Scream pretty boy! This daddy's getting drunk today!" he grabbed a gourd and poured it down his throat, 3 gulps later, he fell to the ground knocked out.
Cross sat on a tri-colored lotus and swung a gourd on his finger by the handle strings as he said with a smirk "Let's see if any of you pussies can drink this daddy under the table." The Heaven Rending Legion and the civilians were stunned for a solid minute before they erupted into crazy cheers.
Valrun swiped a gourd and said "Tomorrow, they'll be calling ME Boss! Hahaha!" Cross drank with the entire Legion, getting millions of confessions from the female Warriors. He laughed them off and toasted them, he drank the entire Legion under the table and returned to the palace.
That night he finally ate Lu Mingxuan, distorting time around them as they went for years. Cross had to say, she was wild. He pumped her full every time, but she kept asking for more. It was only one night but it lasted a lot longer than that.
The next day
Lu Mingxuan was in a coma and couldn't move at all. Cross cleaned her up and tucked her in, kissed her forehead and left the room. Dryae was waiting outside the door impatiently. Cross smiled and said "Good morning." Dryae said "Good morning my ass!" Cross said "Ouuu, yes please!" Dryae giggled before covering her mouth and pouting as she crossed her arms and said "No! I'm mad at you!"
Cross was helpless and hugged her from behind, resting his chin on her head as he said "Why is my little tree mad with me?" Dryae pouted "You said, it was my turn tomorrow, but you used Time Laws! It was years!" Cross sighed and said "I say, little Tree. It's tomorrow isn't it?"
He leaned down and whispered in her ear "Plus, Xuan'er is out of commission... Doesn't that mean I'm all yours until she wakes up?" Dryae seemed to just realize this and jumped up happily, kissing his lips and said "Go to the Tree, remember that thing i wanted you to do for me? Now's the time."
Cross held Dryae and disappeared.
The duo reappeared in front of the Tree and Dryae said "Alright, let me go." Cross put her down and she walked to the Tree, placing her palm on it, the Tree opened and said follow me. Cross followed her inside and came to a wooden platform.
Dryae started undressing and sat on the platform. She spread her legs in an 'M' shape and said shyly "Come, my champion." Cross walked over and caressed her arms as he said with a smile "Explain, little Tree." Dryae looked away and said softly "I'm a world core... A spirit of the Tree that keeps my locked here. I... I fell in love with you but I can't leave."
She closed her legs and started crying, Cross felt his heart twist in pain as he held her in his arms and kissed her lips saying "World Core or not, you're still you." Dryae cried "But I can't leave! Understand!? I can't have kids, I can't go out, I can only stay here forever!"
Cross pressed a finger on her lips and said "Little Tree, when has common sense ever stopped me?" Dryae cried and shook her head saying "You don't understand!" Cross took off his clothes and said "I understand. Come, little Tree. I'll make you a woman."
Dryae choked and said "You..." Cross pulled her to him and kissed her saying "I love you." Dryae teared up and wrapped her arms around his neck as he laid her down and with a yelp, she became a woman after who knows how many years.
A while later
Cross blew his load inside her and Dryae trembled, wrapping her legs around his waist as she groaned. Suddenly, her body lit up with a bright golden light. Dryae was startled and Cross smiled saying "Nobody can take you from me, little Tree. Not even the rules of the World."
She trembled and Cross's hand glowed gold as he passed through her perfect perky 'fits-right-in-the-palm-of-your-hand' breasts, he grabbed the crystal in her body and pulled it out before pulling down with his other hand.
The Tree startled shaking and Cross smiled saying "Don't worry." Dryae was dazed looking at his face, he grabbed the World core and pressed it into the middle of his chest, sinking it into his skin and it was devoured by the Inner World.
The Gate in the Royal Capital disappeared and the Tree of Life started shrinking rapidly, startling everyone in the Spirit race, sending them into a panic.
The World around them started changing as the world Merged with the Inner World.
A while later
Cross and Dryae were standing in the void. Dryae was glowing gold and a Tree of Life symbol lit up on her forehead, her breath and aura sky rocketed and she pierced the barrier, becoming a Supreme God.
Cross smiled and touched her belly, his fingers flashing green for a split second. Dryae opened her eyes and looked at Cross, her gaze as gentle as possible. Cross wiped the tearstains from her cheek and said "Am I so ugly, you're crying?"
Dryae giggled and held his cheeks before kissing his lips deeply saying "I love you." Cross held her waist and said "I love you too, little Tree." he suddenly rubbed his nose and grinned adding "I wonder is my mom would be happy or angry if I told her I banged the Tree."
Dryae laughed and slapped his chest saying "Mother-in-law, would understand." as she leaned into his chest. Cross smiled and said "Mother-in-law? Hah, you still have to pass my main wife's test." Dryae clicked her tongue and said "Will you abandon me if she doesn't approve?"
Cross chuckled and said "Nah, just hide you away and come visit you every now and then." Dryae burst out laughing and Cross smiled saying "Stay here for a second." he disappeared.
He came into the Inner World and saw the Spirit World had completely merged with the Inner World. There was now a Gigantic tree in the middle of the sect with steps coiling around the massive trunk to a city made of wood, hidden in the leaves.
It was the Royal Capital! The Sect Master's residence replaced the Palace and there was a statue of him in the middle of the plaza. Cross smiled wryly, these guys work fast... Plus they have great eye sight, they captured his features perfectly!
He looked down and replacing the original sect master's residence was a massive building titled "Library of Heaven's Path." He twitched his mouth to form a smirk, he looked down and everything was even better than usual.
There was a Transmission array to the Top of the Tree labeled 'The Garden' the stairs leading to the top of the tree had 999,999,999,999,999 steps and each of them put pressure on the one walking up them, labeled 'God's Ladder'.
He looked around and nodded over and over again. The sect could still improve, and will improve!
He left the Inner World and a Golden Tree of Life marking glowed in the middle of his chest, it dimmed and Cross smiled widely. The marking was still there, just extremely faint. Dryae smiled and said "Done, love?"
Cross held her hand and said "I have a name for the Inner World." as they walked hand in hand into the void, Dryae said sweetly "What is it?" Cross smiled proudly and said "Eden." Dryae smiled brightly and they disappeared into thin air.
