Chapter 3: Chapter 3: Birthday Party
Although he said *most prominent families*, most pureblood families have their latest offsprings in Azkaban, others became blood traitors like the Abbott and Bones family, other lost themselves like the Rosier family, Crabbe and Goyle families while not of the original 28 found themselves invited at the party thanks to the good connection the two offsprings had with Draco.
A week earlier i asked Narcissa if we could invite her sister and daughter as well but was immediately rejected for pureblood reasons of course, expected but a bummer really i wanted to meet everyone favourite Nynphadora but i guess, even if i was able to invite then, they would have refused anyways... I decided to send a letter in a few years to try and amend family relations, after all having a Tonks by your side is never a bad thing.
I found out that those who will also come are the Bullstrode family, the Flint family, the Nott family, the Greengrass family and the Parkinson family. There are also minor pureblood families one of them which i never heard of being the Leyfire fimily with relations to the Black family and surprisingly the Gaunt family, being a relatively new bloodline they are classified as minor. They will also bring her daughter which im most excited to meet since there was no mention of her or her family in the og work.
I look at myself in the mirror: handsome face with red eyes and long silver-blonde hair a trait of the Malfoy family, a good bodylife with no extra fat, after realizing that to be able to host magic you need a good body i started doing light exercise for kids just to keep myself healty, my outfit is elegant but wild at the same time a black shirt with black pants and jacket all made by a muggle shop named Kingsman. I was able to get it with a little lie and Dobby's help: i told my that a designer for my birthday decided to give their experimental piece to try but his name needed to remain secret for some reason, i made Dobby make an unbreakable vow to keep te location and name of the shop hidden and to naver take anyone but me there, since i have always been very gentle to him he immidiately agreed and sent my measurements to Kingsman.
I decided to not use a tie for the extra cool but wild look and just unbottoned the first two buttons of the shirt the effect is nothing short of amazing, even my parents were impressed, if only they knew i thought with a chuckle. After putting on my ruby ring on my right hand and an emerald slitherin pin on my jacket i was ready to impress 'here we go then' i say before closing my door behind me.

The guest started arriving one after the other me and draco greeted them all, Draco with indifference while me with a polite smile that immediately made me the favourite to talk to
''Mr e Miss Parkinson it is a pleasure to have you here'' i said with a smile after they finished greeting an uninterested Draco ''i hope the travel has been pleasant''
''Ah Raon you grew so much'' said miss Parkinson '' i remember when you were just a kid... my what a good outfit you have today'' she said while while checking me out with slight interest
''Raon Boy, Happy Birthday small man, you really grew alot'' thundered Mr Parkinson with a hearty laugh '' Allow me to introduce you my daughter Pansy, dear come here say hi to Roan while i go greet Lucius''
Pansy looking dreamily at Draco was brought back to earth before leaving again after taking a look at me ' well' i tought 'it seems the i should personally thank Kingsman for their excellent work ahahah', i could see her embarassment behind her cute looking face, i wonder how a person so cute and shy became a bully... Draco agency ruining children since 1980....
Since she didnt say anything i decided to take the initiative, i take her hand and bring it close to my lips without kissing it like a true gentleman and say ''It is a pleasure meeting you Pansy hope you have fun today'' before letting go of her hand
''ah-ah i-it is a pleasure for me as well'' she answers with an embarassed look after seeing my bold actions, i then proceeded to give her a warm smile wile going to greet the other guests. I saw Narcissa and miss Parkinson give a knowing smile our way which promptly made me roll my eyes inwardly, seriously you expect five year old kids to hit it off? I now understand why this big party at such a young age, it was made to start having connections as soon as possible with the families so that we can overtake embarassment and awkwardness in future social gatherings... but still... pretty evil not going to lie...
Thankfully all we had to do was simple greetings people were really impressed with my bearing, greeting everyone for so long with a smile without battling an eyelid, Draco was getting more and more sleepy (poor guy i feel ya) and even i was getting extra tired; after talking a bit with Theodore Nott i was almost about to go take a seat when they entered: the Leyfire Family and their daughter.
I woke up immediately and went straight to greet them first, the curiosity was too high, after a small greeting with Mr and Miss Leyfire whom I dismissed quickly I met her: in front of me there was a cute looking girl with a green dress that did seem to fit her bearing, her eyes were cold and green in color her hair pitch black, her skin had a slight tint of brown, her expression annoyed and overbearing you could tell at first glance that she were one of those purebloods that wouldnt even look at you if you were a step lower in the social hierarchy, I estimated that with a more 'street' look she would be a looker in the future.
She greeted first with the a tint of self importance especially when mentioning her family name which immediately rubbed me off the wrong way ''Hi Raon, my name is Alice Leyfire of the proud Leyfire family, I wish you a happy birthday'' she ended with a smug probably waiting for me to get stunned by her beauty or something... I seriously can't understand how such young kids can be like that, the normal reaction should be like Pansy, embarassed by the amount of pople present and small childlike smiles while meeting new people like Theodore, what is wrong with kids these days.... is the brainwashing really that strong?
Anyways without missing a beat or showing any change in expression i coldly told her ''Hello Alice, it is a pleasure meeting you, if you will excuse me there are other people i need to greet hope you enjoy yourself at the party'' i was quite proud of my answer, it was basically telling her in the most polite way 'look stop standing there like an idiot you are no one worth losing time with and i need to greet more important people' i hastly turn around and go back to talk to Theo and Pansy about magic and stuff kids talk about.
I could feel her glaring my back all the way to my new friends i think i never felt so full in my life, nothing beats slapping self important people with politeness and indifference, i chuckle at the thought.
The rest of the party went on without anything major happening although i kept feeling a glare on my back throughout the whole duration of the party to which i seldom responded with a smile making her even more angry.. 'I never had such fun in my entire life' i laughed while thinking.

-Timeskip to Hogwarts letter-
It was finally time, i received my hogwarts letter which made me extremely happy but what happened in these years?
Needless to say i didn't slack off i studied the whole curriculum for the first two years, why not more? because i had to work extra hard on my magic of course.
Magic isn't easy, when i was seven years old father allowed me to use a spare wand to practice a bit since mine and Draco's core were already fully formed, in reality mine was formed faster exactly one month before my 6th birthday because i took care of my body and because of my better understanding of magic since i read about it alot these years.
By the time i started practicing magic i had already memorized all hand movements and incantation making my life extremely easy, however the reason i used so much time to practice is because of duelling. I wanted to be able to cast faster and better when in a pinch or while running and moving around. This took alot of time, casting while running isnt easy because the hand movements need to be precise and the wand needs to be properly aimed at the enemy so this called for extra work to make my future life easier. I started mastering the basic spells without incantation first and without hand gestures later, this was only possible after an incredible amount of work and time, i had newfound respect for wizard like Moody and Dumbledore and i really understood why they where so respected in the community.
But this was not all, what took the most time was muggle teachings. I had dobby secretly purchase muggle books about physics, chemistry, math and biology why? Because to create runes and spells there is a need to study arithmancy and arithmancy uses math, since muggle math is more advanced there was a need to study that. (A/N i will explain later about all subjects and what changed from canon)
For chemistry physics and biology the reason was transfiguration, trasfiguration is the art of changing objects or living beings to something else, i found out that it was incredibly difficult to do so i thought that maybe studying how the world and living beings are made i would be able to be more effective and in the future be able to use transfiguration even in battle.
The results were outstanding i was able to transfigure much better and faster after knowing the composition of materials and living beings but still i was very, very far away from using it in battle and it drained a shit ton of mana.
I found out that draining your core every time it gets full really helps making it grow, but not that much as you would believe, the growth is minimal but noticeable after some time. Living in a magical enviroment really helps a ton.
The spells im able to confidently do are the basics: wingardium leviosa, accio, lumos, nox, aguamenti, depulso, expelliarmus, scourgify, alohomora, stupeficium, reparo,
im also able to use , although not as effectively,: bombarda, protego (it is very diffucult ngl), and i started a bit of patronus but it is very very very hard.
My understanding of intent grew by leaps and bounds, i realized that intents is basically the certainty that what you are going to do is gonna happen in the near future, the ability to modify the future of an object or living being while being certain that those modification are going to happen. It requires a lot of training but it is possible to use magic only on intent even difficult spells but it will only be possible when your core evolves or your understanding of magic grows.
My core is now bigger than a tennis ball and mana ( the way magic power inside the core is called) is the power hidden inside, when i want to use a spell i ask the core to release mana towards my wand, the amount of which is imputted is controlled by hand movements. After some practice you can feel how much mana you need for each spell, so you can try to control your mana to do the whole thing without gestures, needless to say it is not easy and requires time and effort.
My body is well toned and healty which enables more mana to be stored and more mana to be used safely without hurting my organs, it is safe to say that there is an unbreakable bond between mana and body which i will need to reasearch better, i feel it is very important.
'Now i just need to go to Diagon Alley and meet Harry Potter no?' a smile forms in my face while i close the chemistry book i was reading... 'it is time for the story to begin'
