Author Note! Quirks and Stuff! Spoilers! >.<
[A/N: All information here is subject to change. This is here mostly to help me keep track of what the MC can and can't do. As far as spoilers go; the quirks will be mentioned by the end of the prologue. Keep in mind that the MC will not necessarily know everything her own quirks are capable of, as such she will not use them to their full potential from the beginning. If you don't want to know everything her quirks might be capable of then don't continue. If you do continue reading, feel free to speculate what the MC might be capable of doing with these quirks. I myself might miss some things so it would be a big help with ideas.
Also taking suggestions for the potential romance pair. I'm honestly not sure who it should be at this time. That said, I am open to using characters from different worlds, so long as they can fit in the Mha world. One character I was strongly considering is Tracer from overwatch for example.]
Rewind: Eri's original quirk. gave her the ability to reverse a living being's body back to a previous state. Those that are in contact or in the vicinity of Eri at the moment of the activation start having their bodies rewound to previous physical states, undoing or bringing back injuries or modifications from the present or the past. She is capable of reverting people back to a point before they even existed, effectively erasing them from existence. Kai Chisaki even stated that this Quirk can rewind genetics, dubbing it a terrifying power.
Requires the accumulation of a yet unknown element in order to be activated. It is speculated this energy is the same energy One For All uses. This energy can be used as a substitute for her life force. It is possible to revive the recently deceased but it requires a significant amount of energy to do so.
Accumulated energy is shown by how large her horns are.
Rewrite: Arina's original quirk. By willing herself to change, she can alter her body and mind by chipping away at her life force. She can alter her physical abilities and mind, gain new information and skills, and even gain similar abilities of other quirks. The change, often drastic, can disorient her, causing a temporary unpleasant feeling. However, this power normally has 2 downsides: it uses up her life energy (thereby reducing her lifespan) and the changes can't be reversed.
After fusing together with Eri they are able to negate these downsides either by using rewind to reverse the changes, or waiting for their life energy to replenish with the same energy rewind uses.
It can be used to awaken dormant quirks in a person.
It can be used to give objects a pseudo-will of their own.
Blood Manipulation: Arina's dormant second quirk she awakened via Rewrite. By moving and altering the blood in her body, she can crystallize weapons such as blades and spears, and even strengthen existing objects with her blood. Somehow, her blood weapons are even stronger than steel. She can also stop her own bleeding from any wound nearly instantly, so even having a limb cut off causes little bleeding. If she allows herself to bleed, she can still control the blood remotely. She can use her own blood pools as traps, skewering anyone who gets near them with spikes of blood. Her blood can also be temporarily altered to become more oxygen-efficient, viscous, or oil-like. She can also control her other body fluids, like her lymphatic system, which is useful for creating disguises.
Unlike Vlad King who can generate more blood than his body can hold, she is limited by the amount of blood in her body and has to wait for it to replenish normally. After fusion, lost blood can be returned via rewind.
Both Rewind and Rewrite can be used remotely via her blood to affect other people and objects. Rewritten objects can not be rewound as they are not living. She can temporarily erase someone's quirk with rewind enhanced blood. The effect can be made permanent by adding the effects of rewrite.
Her primary weapons are bandages soaked in her blood enhanced and given will by rewrite. Arina's will is usually imbued in these bandages and they act as a sort of automatic defense for Erina.
Aurora: Eri's dormant second quirk awakened by Rewrite. The power to create light constructs with life energy, which she named Aurora due to its resemblance to the Northern Lights. Although stronger and more flexible than crystallized blood, Aurora loses shape if Erina stops focusing, and degrades quickly when detached from her body. She can form claws, a giant sword, bladed whips, cages, and even needles which she can fire by increasing her blood pressure. She can also detonate her Aurora remotely, but she has to do it in the few seconds before it turns to dust.
Both rewind and rewrite can be used via and on Aurora constructs since they are manifested life force, it is considered living.
The reason it degrades is that it does not have a will of its own. If given a pseudo-will via rewrite she is able to create familiars that can act independently for a time. When they only have pseudo-wills they can only perform simple tasks at best. She can use rewind on them remotely to return them back to her. When familiars return to her she can gain their experiences, learning what they've seen and heard. Familiars can also be imbued with the will of Eri or Arina while the other is in control of their fused body.
