Chapter 69: 69. Simple Way Back Home

James drove her away from his place back to her home or actually her friend's home. He had been told by Emilia about their relationship but he didn't know that they're this close to each other. Daniela is stuck at her phone so there's no real conversation between them.

"Work?" James asked first, he couldn't stand the silence.

"Yeah, I have to do something with my schedule," Her eyes glued at the phone even when James asked her a question.

Even though he didn't like the situation but he also understands her responsibility, she had something big behind her name. 'Since when you become like this James, she can do whatever she wants. Why am I so disturb with her attention to her phone, I'm just nobody.'

She suddenly turns to look into him, just like she heard what James had in mind. He just the thought he had in mind was never appeared in his head and continued focus to the road. She turned off her phone.
