Chapter 36: Mars
*TAP* *TAP* *TAP* *TAP* *TAP*
Turning to see who had just arrived, when they looked back, they saw someone will long black hair, a Black Bulls' robe on, and an unsheathed sword.
"Yuno, you look like shit," Madara said as flames began to emit from the sword.
"Another weakling coming to-," Mars said before sensing the foul aura coming from Madara. His body was screaming for him to run but his legs wouldn't move.
'A Black Bull? Why does he look so scared? Is it the Blacks Bulls' doing?' Klaus thought before sensing the foul aura from Madara. The aura was filled with so much malice, he had to cover his nose.
"You think by giving off the wrenched aura will be enough to stop me? Think again." Mars said as his grimoire opened.
"Crystal Creation Magic: Laevatinn" Mars creates an enormous sword made of crystal. Seeing how nothing had changed for Madara made Mars grit his teeth.
The closer Madara got to Mars, the more Mars could feel that death was coming to him. Mars swung the blade down and let the blade fall towards Madaras' head.
When the sword was a few meters away, Madaras' blade emitted this bright red flame, and in a fast fluid motion, Madara cut through the crystal sword like it was nothing. Around the area, started getting hot from the amount of heat his sword was producing.
Mars, Klaus, and Yuno were shocked seeing how effortlessly he sliced through the crystal sword. Madara didn't need his sword, but he wanted Mars to know what he was up against.
Madara then sheathed his sword confusing them.
"What should I have expected? Another weakling." Madara said as he heard footsteps in the distance.
"Arrogant bastard..." Mars as he created a crystal armor for himself, then created a few dozen crystal clones.
The clones dashed toward Madara with the intent to kill him. The clones had his hand out, ready to pierce Madaras' chest. When the clone got close enough, he strikes where Madaras' heart was.
When the clone attacks him, his hand shatters from how hard his chest was. In an instant, the clone's head goes flying into the air. Everyone who was this dumbfounded. Yuno knew he was strong, but to take a full-force attack head-on?
Madara jumps up into the air, then kicks the head straight toward Mars. He then glares at Mars as he lands. He lands a good distance away from the clones.
Madara starts to walk slowly, as the walking turned into running. The clones also ran toward him.
The closest one to him, he ducks to avoid the attack, then kicks it in its face. Madara then jumped atop of its hand. The amount of force he used to jump off was more than enough to completely shatter the clone.
He then jumps to a different area of the clones. When he landed, the impact made some of the clones fly in the air. Madara grabs the nearest clone, threw it into another, teleported behind the two, he then coated his fist in fire, as the force from the attack shattered both of the clones.
Madara then jumps up as Mars formed crystals around his feet to hinder his movements, but it was to no avail. The two clones the was running from his left and right, Madara kicks out both his legs, shattering the both of them on impact.
Madara then unsheathes his sword and created another sword out of wind. Using his element to his mobility, Madara jumps above the clones, using the wind for extra support, Madara twists his body and starts cutting down the clones.
His movement was too fast for any of them to follow. On the other hand, two people were getting angry seeing his performance.
'He can use two elements? What my friends and family died for and he did nothing to obtain it! He doesn't deserve it! He doesn't deserve to live!' Mars thought seeing how Madara could use two elements without going through what he had to go through.
"That should be impossible!" Klaus shouted startling Yuno.
"What should?" Yuno asked seeing Klaus had a troubled face.
"He has more than one element! Someone like that shouldn't exist!" Klaus said as he noticed that the person in front of him was easily handling the person two nobles and a strong wind mage couldn't handle.
Klaus began to get lost in thought thinking about how some peasant was able to out due him. He was a Golden Dawn, the best Magic Knight Squad, outdone by a Black Bull.
It didn't sit right with him seeing how Madara was able to do all of this. If he was, why didn't he join a better squad? And the magic power he was sensing was far greater than a noble.
What he didn't know was that Madara always concealed himself to have the upper hand when fighting. Every mage could sense magical power and if he conceals that, they would underestimate him. Give Madara a big advantage.
"Crystal Creation Magic: Laevatinn" Mars creates two enormous swords made of crystal. Mars thought that since he was busy with the clones, he wouldn't be able to block not dodge the attack because he was surrounded.
Seeing the sword descend Madara couldn't help but smile. He wanted to see the face of Mars as he broke his spirits. He wanted to see how Madara took on both swords head-on and relieve no damage.
*SWOOSH*
Before the swords could touch Madara, Madara saw a small figure above him, with a large black sword that sliced the two swords' upper part and sent them flying.
'Damn it...' Madara thought seeing how someone took the spotlight.
'Is that... another member of the black bulls?' Klaus at this point didn't know what to think.
'Another one of those bastards destroyed my swords!' Mars thought seeing how he had more trouble to deal with.
'What's going on? We, the Golden Dawns, didn't stand a chance against his magic, and yet... These peasants from the Black Bulls...' While Klaus was lost in thought a crystal clone snuck upon him.
Before the clone could attack, its head was kicked off by Luck.
"Weak..." Luck said after seeing how easily the clone fell.
While Klaus was having a mental break down, Mimosa was watching everything. Almost caught in a trance seeing how Madara fought against the clones. Noelle then came and set up a water dome around Mimosa, so she would be safe.
"Are you the one who did this to the Golden Dawn?" Asta asked Mars.
'His stupidity is beyond anything I've ever seen.' Madara thought after dispelling the wind blade.
"So what if I am? The weak will perish, and only the strong will remain." Mars said as he created another few dozen of the clones.
*FWOOSH*
Madara disappeared from his spot leaving Klaus and Mimosa dumbfounded seeing his speed. Before Mars could react.
*BANG!* *BOOM!*
Madara hit Mars in the stomach so hard that his armor shattered. The force of the attack caused internal damage as he spits out blood and went flying into the wall.
Seeing how the clones were still moving, made Madara believe that he might've used more armor to take the blow. While Asta, Yuno, and Luck were fighting the clones, Madara made his way over to Mimosa.
"What are you doing?" Noelle asked confused about why he was here of all places.
Madara didn't answer her, he just went inside the dome to see Mimosa sitting in her 'Dream Healing Flower Basket'. Madara walked up to her and placed his hand on her stomach.
Mimosa blushed not knowing what to do she just watched him. Then a green glow could be seen emitting from his hand. In a matter of seconds, all of her injures were healed.
"Thank you!" Mimosa said lost for words seeing how Madara healed her in a matter of seconds.
Not only was he an amazing fighter, but he was also an amazing healer as well. She couldn't help but admire him. Not only that, but he was also handsome.
